What Ultra Films is and what the offer is

Ultra Films, which the site also writes as UltraFilms, is a paid film studio site, and every plan on its join page is a pass to two sites at once: each line reads "UltraFilms + WowGirls". The offer that sets it apart is a lifetime plan, a single payment the join page labels "LIFETIME", sold next to an ordinary recurring month, a non-recurring month and a recurring year. A "Festive sale" label runs across the top of every page and heads the recurring monthly line, but no page gives a regular price for that plan or an end date for the sale, so the lifetime plan is the offer that can be read in full. The terms do not name the company behind the site; they speak of "the Site Operator" and send every payment through Vendo Services GmbH, which they name as the biller.

The plan ladder and the lifetime plan

Every plan on the join page is described as "full access" to both sites, and each line carries a per-day figure beside its price. In October 2026 the join page lists:

  • one month, recurring, billed $17.95, under the "Festive sale" heading;
  • one month, non-recurring, billed $22.95;
  • one year, recurring, billed $69.95, shown as $0.19 a day;
  • lifetime, billed $699.95 once and marked "LIFETIME".

The two monthly lines buy the same month of access, and the page prices the version without a repeat charge higher than the recurring one. The year plan is the recurring option for someone who expects to stay, and the lifetime plan replaces renewals altogether with one charge. None of the lines restricts the offer to new members, mentions a code, or names a cap on streaming or downloads, and the page gives no date on which any of the prices ends.

Below the plans the join page prints a short line, "SECURE. PRIVATE. CANCEL ANYTIME.", followed by "ALTERNATIVE PAYMENT IN CRYPTO CURRENCY". Those are the brand's own words; the join page names neither the coin nor who handles a crypto payment. The terms add that the site keeps a free public preview area and that the member area is reserved for "paying customers with an appropriate subscription plan", so the free part is a tour of the films rather than a trial of the paid plan.

After the purchase: renewal and the price lock

The terms set one rule about price that matters most to anyone on the recurring month or year. Plans and prices change from time to time, but once a plan is bought, "the price remains fixed for as long as you continue to renew your subscription on time." The same paragraph spells out the other side: once a subscription has expired, the member is no longer eligible for the earlier price and can only buy a new subscription at whatever offers are then on the join page. A member who joined at the sale-labeled monthly figure therefore keeps it through every on-time renewal, and loses it after a lapse.

The monthly and yearly lines are both labeled "Recurring", which means they renew; the non-recurring month is the one line that charges once and stops. There is no trial on the join page, so nothing converts from a short low-priced period into a full one, and the page shows no pre-selected add-on, upsell or token pack beside the plans. The lifetime line carries no renewal at all. The terms never define "lifetime", so whether it means the life of the account or of the site is left to the one-word label, and a buyer paying the lifetime price is relying on that label alone.

Two other terms affect the start of a membership. On purchase, the member is sent login credentials, and the site disclaims responsibility for a member who enters them wrongly. At its own discretion the site may also require two-factor authorization before it lets a member into the paid area, and it reserves the right to verify a visitor's age with government-issued identification, biometric checks or other methods the local law requires.

Billing

The terms say a subscription bought on the site "is going to be processed by Vendo Services GmbH", and every page footer lists Vendo as the "Authorised Payment Processor". The privacy policy describes the checkout: the buyer is forwarded to a form on vend-o.com and enters an email address, full name, country of residence and payment details there. The site receives everything except the payment details, which it uses to create the account; card numbers, bank account numbers and related payment information are kept "solely by Vendo", and the operator says it has no access to them.

The terms ask members to take any billing question, including a failed payment, to Vendo, and they state that the site and its operator have "zero influence" on the billing process or on whether a payment method is accepted. Prices on the join page are in US dollars. The pages print no statement descriptor and say nothing about tax or currency fees.

Getting out and refunds

For cancellation and refunds the terms defer to the biller: the member acknowledges being bound by Vendo's "Cancellation Terms, Recurring Billing and Refund Policy", and the site's own pages do not reproduce those documents, so the notice period and refund window live on Vendo's side. The operator's terms add two rules of their own about money already paid. By logging into the member area, the member requests immediate access and agrees that the service is "deemed fully performed", which waives the statutory right of withdrawal, the cooling-off period, for that subscription. And if the site denies or restricts access for a breach of its terms, or of Vendo's terms for a paying customer, no refund is owed for payments already made.

Support runs through a ticket system rather than an email address or phone line: the terms and the privacy policy both send complaints, content removal requests and data requests there. A content complaint is answered within 5 days, and a request to see, correct or delete personal data is handled within 30 days under the privacy policy. The terms place disputes under the jurisdiction of Spain and Catalonia, with Barcelona as the venue.

What the money buys, and who it suits

The home page describes full-length films in Full HD, 4K and 8K at 60 FPS, models on exclusive contracts, and a line of "girls only" films its members favor, and the site's own description promises new films every week. Every paid plan covers WowGirls as well, so a single payment opens both studios' libraries. The terms limit use to personal viewing: material may not be passed to file-sharing services, forums, social media or friends.

As of October 2026 the lifetime plan at $699.95 is the line for a buyer who would rather pay once than renew, and the one-year plan at $69.95 is the recurring alternative with the price lock attached. The recurring month suits a short stay by someone willing to cancel through Vendo before it renews, and the non-recurring month suits someone who wants no repeat charge and accepts a higher price for that. The caveats are plain: the sale label has neither a regular price nor an end date, "lifetime" has no definition beyond its label, and the cancellation and refund rules sit with the biller rather than on the brand's own pages.
