What muramura.tv is and what the offer is
muramura.tv is a Japanese-language paid video site whose page title calls it an amateur site. The pages are in Japanese with an English switch in the footer, and they describe the product as streaming of the site's whole video library on two plans. The FAQ says the site is a member of D2Pass, which it describes as a payment service, and the footer and the homepage point to the partner sites the join page names and to a single-purchase store that is also a D2Pass member.
The offer here is not a cheap trial. There is no trial price on the join page. What the page does give is a set of sign-up and renewal extras on top of the two plans: live chat points granted when someone first joins, a discount coupon for the single-purchase store, a standing discount on that store for continuing members, and bonus points at each renewal. The pages print no coupon code and give no end date, though they say the live chat gift can end without notice.
Because the pages are in Japanese, one point matters before anything else: all prices are in US dollars only, and a Japanese card is billed at its own issuer's conversion rate.
The plan ladder
The join page lists two plans. The first is a monthly plan of 30 days, with unlimited streaming of every video. The second is a yearly plan of 360 days, with the same unlimited streaming. The FAQ says downloads are a service for older download members only, so the two current plans are streaming plans.
In October 2026 the join page lists the monthly plan at $39 and the yearly plan at $390. The page says no mid-term switch between them is possible: a member who wants the other plan has to wait until the current period ends and join again.
The extras differ by plan. As the join page reads in October 2026, the monthly plan comes with a store coupon the page words as $30 and a 5% discount on single-purchase store titles, while the yearly plan comes with a coupon worded as $100 and a 10% discount. Both plans also earn D2 points, the network's mileage points: monthly members get an allotment at each renewal, and yearly members get a larger allotment every month. The page says these point benefits do not apply to members on an older plan. D2 points can be spent in the single-purchase store or exchanged for site memberships, live chat points or gift vouchers, by the page's own description.
The sign-up extras and their limits
The live chat gift is the one extra tied to a first join. In October 2026 the page says that on a first sign-up, 10 live chat points are granted automatically for the adult live chat service DXLIVE, which is another D2Pass member. The page adds that the gift can be withdrawn without notice, and the homepage separately runs a daily-click banner that issues trial points for DXLIVE.
The store coupon, read in October 2026, carries conditions. It is for the single-purchase store, where videos are sold one at a time, and the FAQ says it is granted on joining or on an upgrade. One coupon can be used per payment, it only works when the cart total is $30 or more, a coupon used in a payment is spent even if value remains, and some titles do not qualify. The 5% and 10% member discounts hold only while the member keeps a running membership on muramura.tv or on one of the partner sites the page names, and they exclude pre-order items and anything already discounted by another campaign.
Renewal also brings live chat points, and these arrive by request rather than automatically: the page says a monthly member has 7 days from the renewal date, and a yearly member 30 days, to claim them through a procedure it links.
What happens at renewal
The FAQ is plain that renewal is automatic. The contract renews for the same plan period until the member cancels, and the system can run slightly late at renewal because of a time difference. The site charges the card company when the application is completed, while the date the money leaves the member's account depends on the card issuer.
With no trial on offer, there is no trial-to-paid step to watch. The first payment is the plan price, and the next charge arrives at the end of the 30 or 360 days. The FAQ says there is no other charge: no consumption tax is added, and no fee beyond the displayed membership price, including no international phone billing.
Two paid D2Pass products come up in the muramura.tv FAQ, neither with a price: a premium tier of D2Pass with extra benefits, and a plan for watching new releases from the member sites, this one among them, for a week after each goes live (7 days, by the FAQ's count), some restricted titles excepted.
Billing
The FAQ says the site accepts Visa, Master Card, JCB and Diners Club cards, with some cards not usable, and that card payment is the only method: no bank transfer, post office, convenience store or electronic money. The join page says the statement shows the name DI SERVE or DTISERVE, and the FAQ gives the form DTISERV.COM/INFO. The pages say the statement will not carry the site name or any wording that marks it as an adult site, and the FAQ adds that no post is ever sent to a registered address: joining and cancellation confirmations go by email only.
For anyone updating a card, the FAQ gives an order of steps: add the new number on the D2Pass payment page, set it as the main card, then delete the first card, because if the first number is left in place the next recurring charge is still made to it. A member who typed the wrong email at sign-up fixes it through the contact form, giving the card's last 4 digits as an identity check.
Getting out
The FAQ says a member who wants to leave must complete the cancellation on the cancellation guide page by the day before the renewal date. When it processes correctly, a confirmation email follows within 48 hours, and the member can keep using the site until the paid period ends. Neither the join page nor the FAQ says whether any fee is ever refunded.
What the membership buys and who it suits
The catalog is Japanese amateur video, which the homepage shows by date, with category and format filters on the FAQ listing; the format tags are Full HD, HD and 60 fps, and the files use MPEG-4 (H.264). Streaming works on recent Windows, macOS, iOS and Android, per the FAQ, though some titles do not play on mobile devices and some Android models may not play video at all. The FAQ also says videos can be removed without notice, and that downloading on a mobile device needs an external app the site does not support.
The yearly plan suits a viewer who knows they will stay, since the coupon and discount tiers are larger. The monthly plan suits someone testing the site without a long commitment, bearing in mind that it renews automatically and cannot be switched to the yearly plan mid-term. It is a poor fit for anyone who wants to pay in cash, by bank transfer or in yen, since the pages state card payment in US dollars only, and for anyone who wants downloads, which the current plans do not include.
