What TransAngels is and what the offer is
TransAngels is a single premium site featuring trans performers, and its pages name Aylo Premium Ltd as the company behind it. The offer is a short paid trial that sits at the bottom of the plan ladder, with a monthly plan, a 3 month plan and a 12 month plan above it. The brand describes the catalog as hundreds of HD videos with new scenes added every week. For a reader weighing the money, the points that matter are what the trial costs, what the page says it turns into, and how the 12 month plan renews. The home page spells out the renewal for the 12 month plan and says nothing equivalent for the trial, which makes the trial the part of the offer to read most carefully.
The plan ladder and the trial
The home page lists four entries under a "Become a member" heading. The 12 Month Membership is tagged "Best Value", the 3 Month Membership and the 1 Month Membership follow, and the 2 Day Trial closes the list. The payment options shown next to the plans are Credit Card, SEPA and PayPal. The page also notes that sales tax may be added to a purchase where applicable.
In October 2026 the home page prices the 2 Day Trial at $1.00, the 1 Month Membership at $29.99 and the 12 Month Membership at $119.99, with the 3 Month Membership between the last two. A footnote on the 12 month line states that the initial charge rebills at the same $119.99 every 365 days until canceled. That footnote is the only renewal statement printed beside the plans, and the page shows no regular price, no crossed-out price and no percentage against which any of the plans is a discount.
The home page says nothing about what the trial limits (a scene cap, a streaming-only rule or a download ban) or about what it becomes once the two days end. The terms add a general rule: where a subscription renews, it renews at or after the end of the original term selected, unless the subscriber has given notice of cancellation. That rule is conditional on the subscriber having chosen recurring billing at sign-up. The terms also say that on free trials or promotional memberships a nominal fee may be charged to verify the payment method and is automatically reversed or refunded.
After the offer: renewal, retries and add-ons
The terms say recurring billing applies "if selected by subscriber on the sign-up page", that renewals happen at or after the end of the term chosen, and that the subscriber may be told of each renewal through the account or by email. If a charge fails, for example because a card has expired or been declined, the billing company reserves the right to try again for the amount due or for a smaller amount, with a lower amount allowed only as a one-time attempt, and to resume at the full agreed amount afterward. It may also suspend or cancel the membership when no valid payment method can be charged.
In October 2026 the terms put the administration fee that may be applied to keep a subscription temporarily active until the next attempt at up to $2.00, tax included. The terms also say a receipt goes to the email given at sign-up, and that the records of charges are not guaranteed to be available more than 365 days after the subscription date.
On add-ons, the support page offers a link to "manage memberships and add-ons", and the terms say certain offers on the site may include access to a separate AI service named in the terms. If a reader buys such an offer, the account is created on TransAngels and the reader is then sent to that other service, which runs on its own site under its own terms and privacy policy. The home page plan list shows no pre-selected add-on, so that clause is the only sign on these pages of a cross-sale. The member login page also links the terms of a loyalty and rewards program, without saying what it pays.
Billing
The member login page states that Probiller is the site's biller, in its words "our trusted biller". The terms give a longer list of billing names that may appear on a credit card statement, bank statement or phone bill: Probiller, AyloBill, Vendo, Segpay, WTS, or others depending on the subscriber's location. The footer of every page names Vendo and Segpay as authorized payment processors, and the support site carries a "processed by" line naming Aylo Billing US Corp and Aylo Billing Limited. The terms add that if several sites are joined with one payment method, the statement lists each purchase separately, and that a debit is taken from a checking account when that is the method chosen. Tax such as VAT or sales tax may be included in or added to a purchase depending on location. No single descriptor is printed, so the name that appears on a statement depends on where the subscriber is.
Getting out and refunds
The terms give four routes to cancel at any time. One is the support site, through its Cancel section and then "Login". Another is the Members' Area, using Support in the footer. A third is the support team through the contact options on the support site. The fourth is the cancellation links printed in transaction receipts. The support site lists chat and email support, with live agents available Monday to Friday from 10:00AM to 6:00PM EST, and a billing and cancellations category. The footer of the site also links a cancellation policy.
The refund rule is written by payment method. A membership that has been partly used earns no refund or credit. For credit card payments, a refund request must be submitted within 120 days of the transaction date, and each request is reviewed case by case at the billing company's sole discretion. For gift cards, cryptocurrency and similar methods, a refund or reversal is possible only if technically feasible and must be requested within 90 days of payment. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method only, never as cash or check.
For subscribers in the European Union, the terms describe a 14-day right of withdrawal that also covers a membership that starts with a trial or promotional subscription. The same terms say that a subscriber who asks for immediate access and acknowledges the waiver loses that right once the service begins, and that no refund is then available for the initial purchase or later renewals under the same contract.
What the money buys, and who it suits
The membership opens the TransAngels catalog of scenes with trans performers, which the brand says includes encounters with men, cis women and other trans women, plus a model index and category pages. The home page lists releases dated into October 2026, in line with its weekly-update claim.
The trial suits a reader who wants a couple of days to look around for the price named on the page, accepts that the page does not say what follows, and is ready to read the checkout screen for the renewal before paying. The 12 month plan suits someone who already knows they will stay, with the caveat that the footnote says it rebills at the same amount every 365 days until canceled, so a reader who does not want a second year should plan the cancellation. Under the terms, recurring billing is something chosen at sign-up, which the plan list itself does not show. The main limits are the missing trial terms and the refund window that shortens to 90 days for gift cards or crypto.
