What The Classic Porn is and what the offer is
The Classic Porn is a single-site membership for vintage adult films. The sign-up page describes the catalog as only quality classic films from the 60's to the 90's, organized by film, studio and star, with biographies and filmographies for the performers, daily updates, and a vote for a favorite film or star. The pages name no operating company, and the terms refer to the operator only as the Site.
The offer is a standing percentage discount on a 30 day membership. The home page headline calls it a special offer and the navigation of every page carries a save badge. There is no trial, no bonus and no lifetime plan on these pages: the money story is one discounted price, how it renews, and which billing companies handle it. The sections below take those in turn.
The offer and the plan
The pages show a single plan. It is a 30 day membership with a struck-through regular price and a lower price beside it, and the percentage the site puts on it is printed on the page itself. In October 2026 the home page reads a regular price of $34.95 against a discounted price of $19.95 per 30 days, under a banner that says 43% off. The sign-up page carries the same 43% save badge above its premium membership heading, and the home page adds its own per-day figure of $0.83 a day for monthly access.
The pages give no end date. The banner says "Today", and the pages do not say whether the discount is limited to new members, limited to the first period, or open to anyone who joins. The discounted price is the price the join area shows, and the pages do not say what it renews at, so that figure has to be read on the checkout screen.
The terms add a general line on pricing: the official standard membership rates are set out on the join page, and the fee can change at any time at the discretion of the operator. The terms themselves can change at any time too, effective when posted on the site. The pages do not list a 3 month, 6 month or annual plan, and they do not print a lifetime option.
After the first period: renewal
The terms describe a recurring billing section that applies if selected by the subscriber during sign-up. Under it, subscription fees may be renewed at or after the end of the original term selected, for a similar period of time and for a similar or different amount, unless notice of cancellation is received. The key phrase is a similar or different amount: the terms allow the renewal price to differ from the first charge, and the join page does not state what the renewal price is. The same section authorizes charges to the chosen payment method for the ongoing membership and for any additional purchases of material on the site.
If a recurring payment fails, the terms say the site will keep attempting to charge the chosen payment method for a period not exceeding 1 month. No administrative fee for failed payments is mentioned. The terms say the card is billed immediately after purchase, that the contract is closed as soon as the order is submitted, that an email receipt follows with payment details, and that a member may ask through the customer support links for a copy of the charges on the account, although the operator does not guarantee records of charges for more than 365 days after a charge. Questions are answered within six working days, according to the same preamble.
The sign-up page adds one practical point: it takes up to 10 minutes to activate a membership after payment, and the reader is asked to wait before trying to log in. The join area shows nothing ticked in advance and sells nothing alongside the membership. The terms also say a membership is a single access right for one subscriber, for personal use, and that sharing the login breaches the agreement.
Billing
The terms say billing is processed by one of the operator's partners: Vendo Services, Verotel, CCBill or others. The sign-up page has two separate join areas, one headed for Verotel billing and one for CCBill billing, so the reader picks the processor at the join step. The footer and the sign-up page also point to billing support at Verotel, Vendo Services and CCBill, which the page calls authorized sales agents.
On the statement, the terms say the subscriber will be informed at the time of subscribing what description will appear on a card statement, bank statement or phone bill, and that joining several venues with one payment lists each purchase separately. The pages themselves print no descriptor in advance. Accepted payment methods other than the credit card are not listed on the pages, and the terms mention that charges may also be made to a telephone bill, depending on the subscriber's choice of payment means.
The terms are governed by the laws of the UK, and disputes are to be brought in court.
Getting out: cancellation and refunds
The cancellation clause says the subscription can be ended at any time and without cause by the billing company, the site or the subscriber, on notification of the other by electronic or conventional mail, by chat, or by telephone. The subscriber stays liable for charges incurred until the date of termination. For billing inquiries or to cancel, the terms and the sign-up page both direct the reader to customer support links on the site or to Verotel, Vendo Services or CCBill support.
The refund clause lets a member ask customer support to refund a purchase or a rebill, but rules out refunds or credits for partially used memberships, and leaves any refund or credit to the operator's discretion, with no promise to repeat one. A refund, if issued, goes back only to the payment method used in the original transaction, not by cash, check or another mechanism. The terms set no notice period before a renewal and say nothing about access after a cancellation.
What the money buys, and who the offer suits
The membership opens the film archive and the performer database. The home page lists the archive by decade, country and language, and the brand's own counts differ by page: the sign-up page claims 8042 classic stars on 4924 DVDs, while the home page claims 8332 DVDs and movies. These are the site's marketing figures. The site has a straight and a gay toggle in its navigation, and its film pages carry dated production years. The pages mention no apps, no download allowance and no bundle with other sites.
The discounted 30 day price suits a reader who wants one month in a vintage archive and who will cancel before the renewal. It does not suit a reader who wants the renewal price in advance, since the terms allow it to differ. A caveat: the refund terms exclude partially used memberships, and the percentage on the page is the only discount the pages state.
