The offer in brief

PropertySex is a single premium site built around a real-estate storyline. Its footer names Aylo Premium Ltd as the operator and says the trademarks and logos belong to Orca Flow Studios Inc., used under license. The site sells streaming-only memberships, and the saving comes in several shapes: a 2-day paid trial, a cheap first week, and a 12-month term that a banner across the home page advertises as a saving on "the entire year". The detail to know before joining is what the short plans turn into: both the trial and the first-week plan convert into a 30-day charge that is higher than the price of the plain monthly plan. Every full membership also includes a bonus channel, House Humpers, in the page's own wording.

The plan ladder

The plan block on the home page lists the plans from longest to shortest: 12 months, 30 days, 7 days and the 2-day trial. Every plan is streaming only with no downloads, and only the trial is labeled limited access. In October 2026 the trial costs $1.00 for 2 days, the 7-day plan $7.00 for the first week, the 30-day plan $29.99 a month and the 12-month plan $119.99 billed yearly, which the block itself prints as $9.99 a month. The banner above it reads "Save 69% off the entire year"; it carries no end date and no crossed-out regular price.

In words, the ladder is a cheap entry step, a one-week step, a plain monthly step and a long prepaid step. Full access is described as unlimited streaming of the entire library, no ads, regular updates and the House Humpers bonus channel, all in one membership. The trial is the only plan marked limited, and the page does not say what it holds back beyond downloads. A note under the plans says sales tax may be added where applicable, and the terms add that VAT, sales tax or other excise tax may be included or added depending on where the member lives. Above the plans the block offers credit card, SEPA and PayPal as ways to pay, and joining starts with an email address.

What the trial and the first week turn into

This is where the money mechanics bite. Each plan carries its own rebill line under the price, read in October 2026: the trial is a "Limited access 2 Day trial period automatically rebilling at $39.99 every 30 days until cancelled", and the 7-day plan rebills at the same 30-day amount after its single first payment. The plain 30-day plan rebills at its own monthly price, and the 12-month plan rebills at its yearly price every 365 days. A member who starts on either entry plan and does not cancel therefore pays more each month than someone who joined on the 30-day plan directly. The page prints both rebill figures side by side and does not comment on the difference.

The terms describe renewal in the same spirit. Where automatic recurring billing is selected at sign-up, fees renew at or after the end of the original term unless a notice of cancellation arrives, and the member may be told of each renewal in the account or by email. If a charge fails, Aylo Billing may retry it, may try once for a lower amount before going back to the full agreed price, and may suspend or cancel the membership if no valid payment method works. As of October 2026 the terms also allow an administration fee of up to $2.00, tax included, to keep a subscription active until the next attempt. For free trials run during promotions, the terms mention a small verification charge that is reversed; the PropertySex trial is a paid one, not free.

Billing

The footer names the billers in one line: "Please visit our Authorized Payment Processors Vendo Segpay. We use Probiller as our trusted biller." The terms widen the list of names that may appear on a card, bank or phone statement to Probiller, AyloBill, Vendo, Segpay, WTS or others, depending on where the subscriber lives, so there is no single descriptor to look for. At the foot of the PropertySex support site, the billing entities appear under "Processed by": Aylo Billing US Corp in Austin, Texas and Aylo Billing Limited in Cyprus, and the terms define Aylo Billing as an Irish-registered company with its main place of business in Nicosia. Every member gets an email receipt at sign-up; copies of past charges can be requested, though records are not guaranteed beyond 365 days. Prices are shown in dollars.

Getting out

The terms list the ways to cancel: through the Cancel section of the support site, through the Support link in the members' area footer, through the support team's contact options, or through the cancellation links in the transaction receipts. The support site itself offers live chat and email support, Monday to Friday from 10:00AM to 6:00PM EST, beside separate Cancel and Manage Memberships and Add-ons links. Members owe all charges up to the effective date of termination. Whether a canceled PropertySex member keeps watching until the paid period runs out is left unsaid.

Refunds are narrow. The terms say refunds for purchases or recurring charges can be requested from customer support, but no refund or credit is given for a partly used membership. Card payments must be raised within 120 days of the transaction; gift card or cryptocurrency payments within 90 days, and only where a reversal is technically possible. Every request is decided at Aylo Billing's discretion and goes back only to the original payment method. Subscribers in the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal, but a member who asks for immediate access at checkout and waives it gets no refund on that purchase, and the waiver covers later payments and renewals under the same contract.

What the money buys and who it suits

The content follows the brand's real-estate theme, with sections for agents and tenants, categories, an amateur row and the House Humpers bonus channel; the home page lists releases dated into October 2026, and one version of the full-access line promises weekly updates. The membership opens this one site plus its bonus channel, and the pages name no further sites for the paid plan.

The trial suits a reader who wants to see the site for a very small first payment and will cancel inside the 2-day window. The 12-month plan suits someone who already knows they will stay a year. Anyone who dislikes automatic renewal should note that every plan rebills, and that both entry plans rebill above the monthly plan's price. Streaming-only access on every plan is the main limitation for a member who wants files to keep.
