What PansexualX is and what the offer is
PansexualX is a single-studio adult video membership. Its footer says the site is owned and operated by Digigamma B.V. of Haarlem in the Netherlands, and the terms list DigiGamma B.V. and Gamma Billing Inc. as the contracting parties. The site describes itself as bringing together pansexual porn videos, and it adds that members also get the Evil Angel site, which it describes as hardcore anal, trans, lesbian and bisex videos; the join page puts that as "Join PansexualX, Get Evil Angel too".
The offer is a short paid trial beside the ordinary plans. A 3-day trial costs a small fee and turns into a 30-day plan at a higher price unless it is canceled, and the yearly plan prints the smallest monthly figure on the page. So the saving comes two ways: a few cheap days to look around, or a year paid up front, with a second studio site included either way.
The plan ladder
Four plans appear on the join page, in this order: a 365-day plan, two 30-day plans and the 3 Day Trial. The trial is marked as limited access with limited streaming and no downloads. Each of the three full plans carries the label "Streaming + Downloads Only" over the words "Unlimited streaming", "Unlimited" and "No downloads", so the plan cards themselves are muddled on downloads, while the members' benefit list claims 4K streaming and downloads, access to 19500+ videos and viewing on any device. Those are the site's own statements.
As of October 2026 the trial costs $2.95 and recurs at $39.95 every 30 days. One 30-day plan is priced at that same $39.95 and the other at $24.95, each charged in a single payment that then recurs at the same amount every month. For the 365-day plan the page prints a per-month figure of $10.95 and a single payment of $131.40 that recurs every 12 months. Nothing on the page explains why two 30-day plans carry different prices, and the plan cards give no other difference between them. A promo code field sits on the join page, with no code printed.
The terms set out some general rules on price. A fee change driven by law or tax counts as accepted by a member who has not canceled within 30 days of it, and a later price cut or promotion brings no refund or price protection.
What the trial turns into
Under the terms, a trial's length is shown at sign-up and on the emailed receipt, monthly billing starts when the trial ends, and the membership rolls on each month unless canceled before the trial runs out. The join page fills in the figure: the 30-day renewal at the higher monthly price, not the cheaper 30-day plan.
Signing up can also tie up part of a card's limit. At registration the company may authorize the card for up to a month of service, and the card company may lower the available balance or credit limit for the length of the trial as a result.
Full plans keep going the same way. Each prepaid period is followed by another of equal length at the rate in force when the member first joined, until canceled, and the terms want the cancellation in 48 hours before a renewal to avoid the next charge. Gift-card memberships are the exception: a membership paid with gift cards through PayGarden does not rebill and is not refunded in whole or in part.
Should the first payment be declined, the company may try it again within 7 days of the original attempt, keeping the first rebill on its original date, and it may charge a lower first or rebill amount, with the original rebill fee applying from the next rebill unless the member cancels before it. Under the October 2026 terms, a failed recurring payment can also add an administrative fee of up to $2 to keep the membership running until the full fee is collected. The terms describe single scenes sold pay-per-clip and extra sites added pay-per-site as one-time charges with lifetime access, without a price on the pages; nothing is pre-ticked on the join page.
Billing
Segpay is named on the join page as the authorized payment processor and the place for billing questions and cancellations, and the same footer points to Epoch as an authorized sales agent. The pages leave open which of the two takes a given payment, and neither names a statement descriptor. The terms define the payment methods as credit card, debit card, money order, online check and gift cards through PayGarden, and they leave the member to carry applicable taxes, bank fees and currency fluctuations. Prices on the join page are in dollars, and a "checkout with" line offers other routes.
Downloads have a daily ceiling of 300 GB, which the company can change without notice. Going over it can get an account suspended or banned, and a banned member is refunded pro rata for the rest of the term.
Getting out, and the refund rule
Cancellation goes to the company's Client Relations department, either through the support form the terms link or by contacting Client Relations directly. The notice should carry a full name, an email address and, where it applies, the last 4 digits of the payment method, and it is up to the member to make sure it gets there. Fees keep accruing until 48 hours after Client Relations has received and acknowledged it.
Refunds are tightly limited. After the login has been used, fees are not returned; not using the membership, or failing to reach the site through no fault of the company, earns nothing back; and partial-month periods bring no refund or credit. When the company does refund at its own discretion, the money goes to the original payment method, never as cash, a check or free service, within 10 days of the member reaching Client Relations, and a refund once does not mean a refund next time. The terms give a member 30 days from the statement on which a charge first appeared to raise a billing error in writing through the company's billing support site.
What the money buys, and who the offer suits
The membership opens the PansexualX library and, as the site states, the Evil Angel site too. The homepage's latest PansexualX updates pair trans and cis performers, with the newest dated 2026-06-24, while a separate strip shows Evil Angel releases dated as late as 2026-09-12, so the bundled site is the one adding the most recent material.
The trial suits a viewer who wants a few days to look at both libraries before a monthly charge, and who will cancel before the trial ends or accept the higher renewal. The yearly plan suits someone who expects to stay 12 months and is fine with a single up-front payment that renews by itself. A viewer who wants monthly billing without the trial limits should look hard at which 30-day plan is selected. It suits less well anyone hoping for a refund after logging in, or anyone wanting a quick exit, since fees run until 48 hours after a cancellation is acknowledged.
