What Nutaku is and what the offer is

Nutaku is an adult gaming platform, not a video membership. Its footer names Nutaku Entertainment Ltd as the company behind it, and the terms name Aylo Billing Limited as the company that handles billing on Nutaku's behalf. The store carries free-to-play browser, Android and iOS games next to paid PC games, and money moves through a platform currency called Gold. Gold is bought in packs from the Gold Store, through Gold Recharge subscription plans, or through a top-up feature called Auto Reload. The sign-up page says more than 100 million gamers play on the platform and that it offers 1,000+ games, which is the brand's own claim.

The standing offer for a newcomer is a Gold bonus on a free account. As of October 2026 the sign-up page reads "Sign Up Free & Get 100 Gold", and the Gold FAQ spells out the condition: the 100 Gold arrives once the new member verifies their email after signing up. Nothing has to be bought to receive it. It is a starting balance rather than a discount on a paid plan, and it carries its own expiry rule, set out below.

The Gold Store and what the bonus is measured against

Free games are playable without paying, though the platform notes that free games may include in-game purchases. Paid games and in-game items are bought with Gold, which the FAQ describes as a premium currency that works in any game on Nutaku, unlike a game's own soft currency that stays inside one title. Paid PC games show a price in dollars beside a matching Gold amount.

The Gold Store read in October 2026 lists its ordinary packs from 500 Gold for $5 up to 30,000 Gold for $300, and every pack in the list carries a "+ 0% gold" label, so no bonus Gold sits on top of the standard packs at that point. The sign-up Gold is the one free top-up on the page, and it needs no purchase at all.

The store also takes reward codes. The page describes these as promotional codes that give bonus Gold, usually on the member's next Gold package purchase, handed out through Nutaku's emails, social media pages, Discord and the website during platform events. No reward code is printed on the store page itself. The page also says Gold can be bought from two outside sellers as a code and then redeemed in the same box. The terms are blunt about that route: codes sold on other websites come from third parties, and any problem with one, such as a code that expired before it was redeemed, is between the buyer and that seller.

After the bonus: expiry, subscriptions and Auto Reload

Gold does not last forever. The FAQ says purchased Gold expires after 365 days, while Gold from the sign-up bonus, contests and other promotions expires after 180 days. The terms add that each new purchase pushes the expiry of the whole balance out by another 365 days. Gold has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money.

The Gold Recharge subscription is a recurring plan, and the terms say subscriptions and their fees renew automatically at the end of the term chosen unless the member gives notice. If a renewal charge fails, Aylo Billing may retry it for the full amount or a lower one; a lower charge is a one-time step, and billing returns to the full enrollment amount at the next cycle. Under the October 2026 terms, a subscription kept active while a missed payment is recovered can also bring an administration fee of up to USD2.00. The support page lists questions about the plans, their benefits and their billing dates, but no page prints a standing Gold Recharge price.

Auto Reload is a separate arrangement and, in the terms' own words, not a subscription. Once switched on with the "Enable Auto Reload Now" button, it charges the card on file for a chosen Gold package every time the balance falls to a threshold the member sets. Charges are in USD unless stated otherwise at enrollment, and taxes may apply. If the price of the chosen package changes, Nutaku says it will give notice first, and the member can cancel before the new price applies. A failed reload may be retried, and Auto Reload may then be suspended or canceled with a notice. It also ends on its own if the account is closed or deleted, or after 12 months of continuous inactivity, and a returning member has to enroll again.

Billing and payment

The terms let Nutaku charge a credit card or debit an account for games and Gold packages, and they say VAT, sales tax or another excise tax may be included in or added to a purchase depending on where the buyer lives, so the amount charged can differ from the pack price. Every charge shows in a Payment History section of the account. The Gold Store advertises 196 more worldwide payment methods beyond the default checkout, and the FAQ notes that some purchases sit as pending for hours or days while a bank confirms them; a pending purchase cannot be canceled, and nothing is delivered until it clears.

One more fee sits in the terms: Nutaku may ask a member to verify their age and charge a verification fee for it, which is final and not refunded unless the check fails through no fault of the member. No page names the billing descriptor that appears on a card statement; the only billing company named is Aylo Billing, registered in Ireland with its main place of business in Cyprus.

Getting out, and what the refund rule says

The two recurring products are canceled in two places. Auto Reload stops from the Auto Reload section of Profile Settings with "Cancel Auto Reload", effective at once on confirmation, with no further charges. A subscription is canceled from the Subscription section of Profile Settings with "Cancel Subscription", through the support contacts, by electronic or ordinary mail, or through the platform's chat. Access continues until the cycle already paid for runs out: the terms' own example is a request on November 1 for a term billed to run to November 20, which keeps access until November 20. Canceling one product never cancels the other, and each must be stopped on its own.

The refund rule is strict. Gold, fees and other charges are paid in advance and are non-refundable and non-transferable, and a member whose account is closed for a breach loses any unused Gold, credit or games. Nutaku may still refund in exceptional circumstances at its discretion: card payments must be raised within 120 days of the transaction or within the card network's own window if that is shorter, and gift cards or other alternative methods within 90 days and only where a reversal is technically feasible. One approved refund does not oblige Nutaku to approve another. An account left unused for 36 months, or 60 months for a member who has spent Gold, can be deleted, and the Gold balance and purchased games go with it.

What the money buys, and who the offer suits

For the money, Nutaku sells access to a library of adult games and the items and content inside them rather than a stream of videos. Its titles run in a browser, on Android and iOS, and on PC, the Gold FAQ mentions a Nutaku desktop client and mobile application, and the paid games are bought outright with dollars or Gold.

The offer suits a reader who wants to try free games with a small Gold balance before spending anything, since the sign-up bonus only needs a verified email. It also suits a buyer who is comfortable holding a prepaid currency that expires and is rarely refunded. It fits less well anyone who wants a flat monthly fee with a published renewal price, because no live page prints a Gold Recharge rate, or anyone who dislikes stored balances, since bonus Gold lapses after 180 days. Auto Reload and subscriptions are separate switches, each turned off on its own.
