What Men Over 30 is and what the offer is

Men Over 30 is a paid gay porn site centered on mature men, sold under the homepage line "Sex Gets Better with Age". The homepage pairs established performers with newer amateur models. Its footer, repeated on every page, gives Digigamma B.V. of Haarlem as owner and operator, and the terms of service, last updated March 24, 2026, are an agreement with DigiGamma B.V. and Gamma Billing Inc. together.

Two things carry the value. The first is a 3 day paid trial, the smallest charge on the join page, which becomes a monthly membership if it is not canceled in time. The second is cross-access: the homepage says a member gets the complete Men Over 30 network and the ASGmax network "included at no extra cost", naming Next Door Studios, Disruptive Films, Active Duty and Pride Studios among its brands and claiming 45+ sites and series.

There is no coupon code, lifetime plan or dated sale on the pages. Beyond the trial, the saving is the network access bundled into one membership price.

The plan ladder

Joining is a two-step form. Step 1 creates the account and carries a line consenting to promotional emails; step 2 lists four plans: the trial, two 30 day plans at different prices, and a 365 day plan paid up front. Below them sits a promo code box with nothing printed to put in it.

In October 2026 the join page priced the trial at $2.95 for limited access with limited streaming and no downloads, billed at that price and recurring at $34.95 every 30 days. The two monthly plans were $24.95 and $34.95, each billed in one payment and recurring monthly at the same figure. The 365 day plan showed $10.95 a month on its block and was billed in one payment of $131.40, recurring at that sum every 12 months. The page gives no reason for two monthly prices and no list of what differs between them.

The download labels do not agree. Every paid block reads "Streaming + Downloads Only" and then "Unlimited streaming" next to "No downloads". The homepage, for its part, promises unlimited 4K streaming and downloads "all included in one membership for one simple price". The membership-wide promise is plain; the plan blocks are not, and the join page never says which plan carries downloads.

All join-page prices are in dollars. The terms hold members liable for applicable taxes, bank fees and currency fluctuations on top of the fee, and say rebills follow the fee and frequency on the emailed receipt.

After the trial

The trial clause in the terms works in three steps: its length appears at joining and on the receipt, the monthly fee starts being billed when it ends, and monthly renewals follow unless the member cancels before the trial is over. On the join page, the conversion is to the higher of the two monthly rates.

The terms also allow the company to authorize the card for up to a month of service at registration, and note that the card issuer may reduce the available credit while the trial runs. Paid terms renew automatically for another period of the same length, at the rates that applied on the original sign-up date.

A fee change tied to laws or taxes counts as accepted by a member who does not cancel within 30 days of it, and the terms refuse price protection or a refund when prices drop or a promotion appears later. Should a renewal charge fail, the terms read in October 2026 permit an administrative fee of up to $2 to hold the membership open until the full fee is collected. A first payment that is declined can be re-attempted within seven days, and the company may bill a lower first or rebill amount and then return to the original rebill fee.

The plan list carries no extra box already checked. The terms do set out pay-per-clip purchases of single scenes and pay-per-site purchases of extra sites; neither recurs, each gives lifetime access to what was bought, and no price for either appears on the pages.

Billing

The footer names two companies. Billing inquiries and cancellations go to Segpay, described as the authorized payment processor, and the same line directs visitors to Epoch as authorized sales agents. The pages do not tie either company to a plan, and the terms print no billing descriptor, so the statement wording is not knowable from the site.

Accepted methods in the terms are credit card, debit card, money order, online check, or gift cards via PayGarden. Gift-card memberships through PayGarden never rebill and carry no refunds or partial refunds. The terms also require claims to go through individual arbitration rather than a class action.

Getting out and refunds

A member may end the membership whenever they choose, without giving a reason, by sending notice to Client Relations through a form on a separate support site or by contacting Client Relations directly. The terms want the notice to show the member's full name and email, plus the payment method's last four digits where relevant. Charges continue to accrue until 48 hours after Client Relations confirms receipt, and the renewal clause asks for cancellation 48 hours ahead of each renewal. On a trial, cancellation has to land before the trial period ends. Whether a canceled member keeps access to the end of the paid term is not addressed.

The refund page allows little. Once the login has been used, fees are not refunded; not using the site, or being unable to reach it through no fault of the company, does not qualify; and partial months earn no refund or credit. Any discretionary refund is credited to the original payment method, never paid as cash or a paper check, within ten days of contact with Client Relations, and granting one sets no precedent. The single fixed exception is in the download clause: an account suspended or banned for passing the 300 GB daily limit, a limit the company may change without notice, gets a pro-rated refund.

What the money buys and who it suits

The homepage claims 13,000+ exclusive videos, multiple new releases every week and 4K quality, while the members benefits list says over 12,500 videos and 45+ gay porn channels, and a lower panel on the homepage says 40+ channels. These are the site's own figures and they do not match. A channels page, described in its own summary as the sites included with an ASGmax membership, lists the network's channels, studio series and partner channels. For the gay-porn and bundle categories, the point is that one membership price covers Men Over 30 and the wider ASGmax network, and the pages name no extra charge for it.

The trial fits a viewer who wants a few days of streaming-only access to a large network before a monthly charge, and who will cancel in time or accept the monthly rate. The 365 day plan is the figure to read for anyone settled on a year. It fits less well for someone who dislikes automatic renewal, expects a refund after logging in, or wants the statement descriptor before paying, and the trial's lack of downloads and the clashing plan labels are caveats to weigh.
