The offer in short

Heteroflexible is a gay and femboy video studio whose masthead reads "Gay Porn For The Straight Guy." The home page presents it as the newest project of Adult Time, and the join page says a membership also opens the entire Adult Time network. The footer on every page says the site is owned and operated by Digigamma B.V. of Haarlem, Netherlands, and the terms of service name the contracting company as "DigiGamma B.V. / Gamma Billing Inc." The saving on the table is a short paid trial: 3 days of limited, streaming-only access for a small first charge, which then turns into a monthly membership. Beside it the join page sells a plain monthly plan and a prepaid yearly plan. There is a promo code box at checkout, but no code is printed on any page of the site.

The plan ladder

Step 2 of the join form, "Choose Your Plan," shows three cards. The trial card reads "Streaming Only," "Limited Access" and "No Downloads." The monthly and yearly cards are headed "Streaming + Downloads" and list unlimited access and unlimited streaming, though the body of both cards also carries the words "No Downloads," so the page contradicts itself on that point. The yearly card is paid up front in one charge and recurs once a year rather than monthly.

In October 2026 the join page prices the 3 day trial at €2.95, with the line "Recurring at €29.95 / 1 month" printed under it. The 1 month plan is €19.95, billed in one payment and recurring at the same €19.95 each month. The 1 year plan is billed in one payment of €143.40 and recurs at €143.40 a year; the card itself shows that as €11.95 a month. Every price on the join page is in euros, and section 8.1 of the terms makes members liable for taxes, bank fees and currency fluctuations on top of the fee.

The point a trial buyer should notice sits between the first two cards. Read in October 2026, the trial rolls into €29.95 a month, a higher monthly rate than the monthly plan sold on the very next card. A viewer who already expects to keep the membership past the third day pays less per month by skipping the trial and taking the monthly or yearly card from the start.

Under the cards sits a "Have a promo code?" link, with on-page messages for a code that was applied and one that was not valid. Section 8.1 also says the company gives no price protection and no refund when a price drops or a promotion appears later, so a member who joined at a higher price keeps that price.

What the trial turns into

Section 8.3 handles the trial. Its length varies by offer and is shown at signup and on the emailed receipt, which here means the 3 days on the trial card. When those days end, the company starts charging monthly fees to the payment method, and the account renews every month until the member cancels, with cancellation required before the trial period is over to avoid the first monthly charge.

The same section allows an authorization of up to one month of service at the moment of registration. It warns that a card issuer may lower the card's available balance or credit limit by that amount while the trial runs, which matters for anyone joining with a card close to its limit.

For the paid plans, section 8.2 says a membership runs for the term bought and then renews for further prepaid periods of the same length at the rates in effect when the member first signed up, until canceled. To stop the next term being billed, notice has to reach the company 48 hours before the renewal. Section 8.1 adds that when a fee changes because of laws or taxes, a member who has not canceled within 30 days has accepted the new fee.

Section 8.6 covers failed payments. A declined first payment can be retried within seven days of the first attempt, and after an unsuccessful recurring payment the terms allow an administrative fee of up to $2, as read in October 2026, to keep the membership active until the full fee clears.

The join page shows only the three plan cards, with no pre-checked extra and no bundled second site. Section 8.4 describes two optional purchases sold elsewhere on the portal: single scenes on a pay-per-clip basis and access to an additional site on a pay-per-site basis. Both are one-time charges with no rebill, and both give lifetime access to what was bought. Section 9 caps downloads at 300 GB per day and lets the company change that limit without notice.

Billing and processors

Two billing names appear in the footer of every page: "Please visit Epoch.com authorized sales agents," and "For Billing Inquiries, or to cancel your membership, please visit SEGPAY.com, our authorized payment processor." Neither the footer nor the terms say which of the two will bill a given purchase, and no billing descriptor is printed, so the statement text is not known in advance.

Section 1.6 of the terms lists the accepted payment methods as credit card, debit card, money order, online check, and gift cards through the PayGarden service. The join page itself shows an "or checkout with:" line with no method named after it. Section 8.5 sets separate rules for gift-card memberships: they are bound by PayGarden's own terms, they are never rebilled, and they get no refund or partial refund; the portal may only offer such a member a similar membership to a related website.

Getting out

Heteroflexible members can end the membership whenever they like and need give no reason: the terms route the request to Client Relations, by its online form or by direct contact, and the site footer names Segpay for cancellations as well. Name, email address and, for card payers, the card's last four digits go in the request. Members stay liable for fees until 48 hours after the company has received and acknowledged the cancellation, so the practical deadline is two days ahead of the renewal date.

The refund page is strict. Once the login has been used on the portal, the fee cannot be refunded, and not using the membership, or being unable to reach the portal through no fault of the company, is no ground for one. Partial months are not credited. When the company does refund at its discretion, the money goes back to the original payment method within ten days of the member's exchange with Client Relations, never as cash or a paper check. The download clause in section 9 is the one place a pro-rated refund is promised, for an account banned for going over the daily limit. The terms do not say whether access continues to the end of a paid period after a cancellation.

Section 11.1 asks a member who believes a charge was made in error to tell the company in writing, through its support site, within 30 days of the statement on which the error first appears, with a description of the amount and the problem.

What the money buys, and who it suits

The join page lists what a subscription includes in the brand's own words: 8+ updates per day, access to over 60,000 videos, over 400 channels, original content subtitled in 7 languages, 24/7 customer and technical support, support for interactive toys, playback on mobile, desktop, TV and tablet, availability on Firetv and Chromecast, and VR streaming from a headset. The home page describes Heteroflexible itself as a femboy gay studio aimed at curious straight men, with new episodes dated September 2026 in its latest row. These are the brand's claims, not measured figures. The home page also has an email sign-up headed "Sign Up and Receive Free Content and Promo Offers," with no code attached.

For a reader who wants to sample before paying full price, the 3 day trial is a cheap look at the gay studio and the network library behind it, streaming only, followed by a monthly rebill above the plain monthly card. The yearly card suits a viewer who expects to stay a year and is content to pay once. The plain monthly card suits someone who wants downloads listed from the first day and the lower recurring price.

Two caveats stand out. Once a login has been used, the fee is not refunded, and the trial's monthly rate is higher than the monthly plan on the same page. Anyone who dislikes automatic renewal should note the 48 hour cancellation lead time before the trial or the first term ends.
