What Grooby OD is and what the offer is
Grooby OD, short for Grooby on Demand, is the pay-per-scene video store of Grooby Productions, the trans-performer studio whose FAQ says it opened its first site in 1996. The store page carries the title "Trans Porn on Demand!". Registration is free ("Join for Free!" on the page), and money changes hands only when a scene is bought: there is no membership fee, no trial membership and no renewal schedule. A purchased scene can be downloaded or streamed and, in the FAQ's words, is the buyer's "to keep forever".
The saving on the page is store credit. A buyer who purchases a scene at the standard hardcore price gets credit added to the account, to spend on anything else in the store, and buying several such scenes earns more credit. The page runs this as a seasonal promotion with no end date, and it describes the credit amount in two different ways, set out in detail below. Behind the promotion sits the durable part of the model: no subscription and no recurring charge.
Prices and the credit promotion in detail
The store sells four kinds of item, each with its own Buy button, an Add to Cart button and a Save List for later: hardcore scenes, solo scenes, VR hardcore scenes and full DVD features, the last sold under the label "Premium DVD". The menu adds Latest Scenes, Top Rated Scenes, a "Special Offers!" entry, a "Request a Scene!" entry and an advanced search.
Read in October 2026, the listing page priced a hardcore scene and a VR hardcore scene at $19.99 each, a solo scene at $14.99, and a Premium DVD feature at $40.00. Every item on the page is sold outright; the cart template has a rental slot, but no scene listed carries a rental price.
The promotion is the store's "Black Friday" deal, and the page served in October 2026 gives it no end date. Its header banner reads that buying any $19.99 scene brings "a free $19.99 credit to your account" and calls it a Buy One, Get One Free deal. The body of the same page puts it differently: a $10 credit on the account for any $19.99 scene purchased, "extra credit rewards" for buying several, and the credit "automatically applied to your account within 48hrs" of the purchase. The page tells anyone whose credit does not appear to contact Grooby Support, which, in the page's words, will "sort it out". The two amounts are not reconciled on the page, so the credit that actually lands in the account is the figure to go by. Solo scenes and DVD features sit outside the wording of the promotion, which names only scenes at the hardcore price.
How the account balance works
The cart messages show that purchases are paid from an account balance. When the balance is too low, the page says there is not enough in the account and asks the buyer to choose how much to deposit; the deposit options themselves are not printed in the page text. Promotional credit lands in the same balance as a deposit, which is how the promotion turns into further scenes rather than a lower price on the first one. The page gives no expiry date for credit and no route for paying a balance out.
After the purchase, with nothing recurring
This is where the store's terms are clearest. The FAQ asks whether a buyer will be recharged every month and answers "No": on Grooby on Demand a buyer pays only for the videos chosen, and "No further billing will occur unless you choose to purchase more scenes." It adds that there is "no need to cancel" an account, because no recurring charges occur.
What a purchase buys is set out in the same FAQ. Scenes download in standard definition 480p, high-definition 720p and 1080p, and ultra-HD 4K. A lost download can be fetched again by logging back in. The FAQ says there are "no limits whatsoever" on purchased videos: they can be downloaded and kept, or streamed as many times as the buyer wishes on the website. The files are MP4 and, per the FAQ, play on every device without extra apps or software.
One condition sits against the keep-forever promise. A buyer who asks the company to remove the account entirely loses access to the purchased scenes on the website, so anything wanted afterwards has to be downloaded first.
Billing and payment
The FAQ footer states that "Epoch is our authorized reseller", naming Epoch as the company that resells the store's scenes. Prices on the store page are printed in dollars. The store and FAQ pages name no billing descriptor and list no accepted payment methods. The footer links a Refund Policy, Terms & Conditions, an Acceptable Use Policy, a Complaints Procedure and a Customer Support page; the refund rule below comes from the FAQ itself. Complaints about content go to a customer service address, which the footer says will handle them "in a serious and timely manner".
Getting out and getting money back
The refund answer is direct. Asked whether a buyer who does not like the site can have a refund or partial refund, the FAQ says no, giving its reasons as a "massive tour area" for browsing first and the absence of trial memberships. The same answer says the company is "more than happy to refund you" when a buyer has been charged incorrectly or has another billing issue. For a membership or account problem the FAQ points to Grooby Support; feedback about models or the site goes to the Grooby Forum or an admin email address.
Since nothing renews, leaving is a matter of not buying again. The one formal exit step the FAQ describes is asking for the account to be removed, done by the company on request, with the loss of on-site access to bought scenes as the trade-off.
What the money buys, and who the offer suits
The store sells scenes from the Grooby sites listed in its filter, among them Grooby Girls, TGirls.XXX, TGirls.Porn, Black TGirls, Black TGirls Hardcore, Asian TGirl, TGirl BBW, Femout and Bob's TGirls, and it can be filtered by body type, ethnicity and hardcore type. The latest scenes on the page are dated October 2026, so the catalog is still being added to. The FAQ adds that each Grooby website "operates as a unique entity", that multiple-purchase discounts are available when joining one of those sites, and that "Discount Ticket deals" let a buyer pick websites at a discounted rate; those are memberships of the separate sites, priced elsewhere. A newsletter in the footer is presented as a route to "Discounts and Offers", with unsubscribing possible at any time.
The model suits a viewer who wants a handful of particular scenes, wants files to keep, and does not want a card charged again without a fresh purchase. The credit promotion favors someone already planning to buy several hardcore scenes, since each one adds to the balance for the next. It fits less well a viewer who watches a lot, because every scene is a separate purchase and the on-demand store sells no store-wide pass, and a buyer who expects a refund for taste, which the FAQ rules out.
