What GenderX Films is and what the offer is

GenderX Films is a paid streaming and download site for trans porn, which its home page says is brought to viewers by the award-winning Zero Tolerance movie studio. The operator is Digigamma B.V., a Haarlem company in the Netherlands, and members sign up under a user agreement with DigiGamma B.V. / Gamma Billing Inc. whose current version is dated March 24, 2026. The studio calls itself a winner of the Transgender Erotica Awards and says its full movie library is now offered online for the first time, with new weekly content in 4K Ultra HD.

There are two ways to pay less. One is a short paid trial, streaming only, that rolls into a monthly plan. The other is a promo code printed by the brand itself on a dedicated discounts page, which promises a large cut on a 30-day full-access membership. The join page also sells two 30-day plans at different prices and a 365-day plan.

The plan ladder

Four cards sit on the join page. In October 2026 the 3 Day Trial costs $2.95 and is labeled "Limited Access", with limited streaming and no downloads. Two 30-day cards follow, both headed "Streaming + Downloads Only" and both billed in one payment that recurs monthly at the same figure; the dearer of the two is the price the trial later rolls into. The 365-day card shows "$ 9 .95 /month" and is billed in one payment of $119.40, recurring every 12 months.

Why two 30-day cards share a length but not a price is not explained, and their wording is word for word the same. All three paid cards also carry the phrase "Unlimited No downloads" beneath a heading that promises downloads, which the page leaves unresolved.

The member benefits list is brief: weekly updates the site calls exclusive, 4K Ultra HD movies, top trans performers and a mobile optimized platform.

The BigSavings code

The discounts page is built around one code that the brand prints itself. As of October 2026 it reads that with BigSavings a member gets "full access to unlimited streaming and downloads" for $9.95, which the page calls "67% off the regular price", and it ties the offer to "the 30-days full access". The page presents the discount as offered for the first time and urges joining while the offer is still available, but it prints no end date and no new-members-only or one-per-card condition.

The code goes into the "Have a promo code?" field under the join page's cards, which shows a message for a code that applies and one that is not valid. What the discounts page does not state is the second month: neither it nor the join page gives a renewal amount for a membership started at the code price. Section 8.2 of the terms says a membership renews at the rates in effect when the member originally signed up, but no page says which rate that is for a code purchase. The discounts page also does not say which of the join page's two 30-day prices its "regular price" refers to.

What the trial turns into

The join page read in October 2026 prints the conversion in one line: "Your trial period will be billed $2.95 Recurring at $29.95 / 30 days". The trial therefore rolls into the higher of the two 30-day prices. Section 8.3 of the terms adds the timing: monthly charges start when the trial period ends and repeat every month unless the member cancels before the trial runs out. When a member registers, the company may place an authorization on the card for up to one month of service, and the terms say this can shrink the card's available balance or credit limit while the trial lasts.

The paid cards run for their term and then renew into further prepaid periods of the same length until canceled, so the 365-day card comes back as another yearly charge. If fees change for legal or tax reasons, a member who has not canceled within 30 days is taken to have agreed, and the terms rule out price protection or refunds when a price later falls or a promotion appears. GenderX may also bill an administrative fee of up to $2, per the terms read in October 2026, if a renewal payment bounces, and may resubmit a refused first payment during the following seven days. None of the four cards comes with a pre-ticked extra.

Billing and payment methods

Each footer points "Billing Inquiries, or to cancel your membership" to SEGPAY.com, named as the authorized payment processor, and also mentions Epoch.com authorized sales agents. None of the pages prints a billing descriptor. The terms' definition of a payment method covers credit card, debit card, money order, online check, or gift cards through the PayGarden service, and prices on the join page are in dollars. A PayGarden gift-card membership is a single purchase: it is never rebilled and the terms allow no refund on it, full or partial.

Outside the cards, members may buy individual scenes or extra sites as one-time purchases that are never rebilled and remain accessible for life, at prices shown only at the point of sale. Members may download up to 300 GB a day; going over can lead to suspension or a ban, and a ban comes with a pro-rated refund for the unused term.

Canceling and refunds

To cancel, a member gives notice to Client Relations, either through the famesupport.com form the terms link or directly, quoting full name, email address and, where relevant, the last four digits of the card or other method. Charges can still fall due until 48 hours after Client Relations has received and acknowledged the notice, and the terms want cancellation at least 48 hours before each renewal. The terms mention no cancel button in the member area.

The refund page makes the rule plain: once the login has been used, fees are not refundable, unused time does not count, and partial-month periods earn neither refund nor credit. A discretionary refund is credited to the original payment method within 10 days of the member's contact with Client Relations, never in cash or by paper check. For a charge the member considers mistaken, the terms ask for written notice through digigammasupport.com within 30 days of the statement where it first shows up; after that, the terms count the charge as accepted.

What the money buys and who it suits

The money buys the studio's own library of trans movies and scenes, streamed or downloaded in 4K according to the home page, with weekly additions and photo sets that the home page says accompany the movies. The pages print no count of scenes or movies.

The trial suits a viewer who wants a few days to look around and will cancel before it rolls into the higher monthly price. BigSavings suits someone after one cheap first month who is ready to see the renewal amount at checkout, since no page states it. The 365-day card fits a viewer who already knows they will stay, accepts one yearly charge and is fine with refunds ending once the login is used. Anyone who dislikes automatic renewal should note that every card except a PayGarden purchase continues until canceled.
