What Extra Big Dicks is and what the offer is

Extra Big Dicks sells memberships to a gay studio focused on well-endowed men, and the same login opens the ASGmax network. According to the home page, a member gets the complete Extra Big Dicks network plus ASGmax "at no extra cost", under the line "Access 40+ channels - One Membership". Behind it stands Digigamma B.V. of Haarlem, Netherlands, named as owner and operator, while the user agreement dated March 24, 2026 is signed with DigiGamma B.V. / Gamma Billing Inc.

The offer is a short paid trial: 3 days of limited access for a small first charge, after which it becomes a monthly membership at the full rate. It is not free and it is not a one-off pass. The join page also sells two monthly cards at different prices and a 365-day card, so a viewer who already knows the site can skip the trial. A promo code field sits under the cards; the page prints no code for it.

The plan ladder and the trial

The join page carries four cards. In October 2026 it shows a 3 Day Trial at €2.95, labeled "Limited Access" with limited streaming and no downloads. Two 30-day cards follow, one at €24.95 and one at €34.95, both headed "Streaming + Downloads" and each billed in one payment that then recurs monthly at the same figure. The last is a 365-day card billed in one payment of €131.40 that recurs every 12 months, with a per-month figure printed beside it.

Nothing on the page says why two 30-day cards at different prices sit side by side: both carry identical wording about unlimited streaming, and the page gives no condition attached to the cheaper one. The body text of all three paid cards also reads "Unlimited No downloads" under a heading that promises downloads, and the page does not resolve that either.

There is a "Have a promo code?" link too, but the join page publishes no code to use in it. No end date is printed for any price, and the join page does not limit the trial to new members or to one per card.

What the trial turns into

The join page read in October 2026 sets out the conversion plainly: "Your trial period will be billed €2.95 Recurring at €34.95 / 30 days". So the trial rolls into the higher of the two monthly figures, not the lower one. Section 8.3 of the terms backs this up: monthly fees start being charged once the trial period ends, and renewal repeats every month unless the member cancels while the trial is still running. At registration the company may authorize the card for up to one month of service, and the terms warn that the card issuer may hold back that amount from the available balance during the trial.

Paid cards work under section 8.2. A membership runs for its term and then renews for another prepaid period of the same length, at the rate in effect on the original sign-up date, until it is canceled. As of October 2026 that makes the 365-day card a yearly charge of €131.40 on renewal, not a monthly one. Fee changes driven by law or tax are treated as accepted by a member who has not canceled within 30 days, and the company gives no price protection or refund if a price later drops or a promotion appears.

Section 8.6 adds that a failed renewal payment may carry an administrative fee of up to $2 (as read in October 2026) while the account is kept alive, and that a declined sign-up can be retried for seven days. No extra product is pre-ticked on the cards.

Billing and payment methods

Segpay is the processor: page footers direct "Billing Inquiries, or to cancel your membership" to SEGPAY.com, with a separate nod to Epoch.com as an authorized sales agent. A statement descriptor is never given. Payment can be by credit or debit card, money order, online check, or a gift card used through PayGarden, according to the definitions at the top of the terms, and every price on the join page is in euros.

A gift card bought through PayGarden buys one term only: there is no rebill, and also no refund, whole or partial. Taxes, bank charges and exchange-rate movements are the member's to carry.

Canceling and getting money back

Canceling means telling Client Relations, by the buddy-support.com form or by direct contact, with name, email and the card's last four digits where they apply. The member remains on the hook for charges until 48 hours after that message is acknowledged, and must cancel 48 hours or more before a renewal date to avoid the next fee. There is no mention of a self-service cancel button.

The site's refund policy rules out money back as soon as the login has been used. Not using the membership does not count as a reason, and partial-month periods earn no refund or credit. A refund the company does choose to give is credited to the original payment method, never paid in cash or by paper check, within 10 days of the member's contact with Client Relations. A member who believes a charge is wrong is asked by the terms to write in through digigammasupport.com within 30 days of the statement where it first appeared, after which the claim lapses.

Extra purchases and limits

Section 8.4 of the terms covers two optional extras a portal may sell: single scenes on a pay-per-clip basis and additional sites on a pay-per-site basis. Each shows its price before purchase, is charged once with no rebill, and gives lifetime access to what was bought whatever the membership type. No page prints a price for either. Downloads are capped at 300 GB a day; an account over the cap can be suspended or banned, and a banned member gets a pro-rated refund for the time left in the term.

What the money buys and who it suits

The member-benefits list claims over 12,500 videos from award-winning brands and 45+ gay porn channels, while the home page headline puts the library at 13,000+ videos and promises multiple new releases a week with 4K streaming and downloads. The home page names Next Door Studios, Disruptive Films, Active Duty and Pride Studios among the included brands, and a channels page lists the sites a subscription opens. These are the site's own figures, and the trial card itself is limited to streaming with no downloads.

The trial fits someone who wants 3 days to look around the network and will cancel before it rolls into the monthly rate. The 365-day card suits a viewer who already knows they will stay and is fine with one yearly charge and a refund rule that closes once the login is used. A viewer who wants no rolling charge at all is left with the PayGarden gift-card route; every other purchase keeps renewing until Client Relations acknowledges a cancellation.
