What DXLIVE is and what the offer is

DXLIVE is a live video chat site built around Japanese and other Asian models, run on a prepaid points system. The English pages describe it as a place to watch and chat with Asian models from Japan and across Asia, and the site carries a 2002 copyright line. It is offered in English, Japanese, Spanish, Korean and both Chinese scripts, although the fullest terms and FAQ text is in Japanese. Chat is billed by the minute in points, and points are bought in packs or earned through a few free routes.

The savings on offer come in three layers. A free account earns bonus points and a short stretch of premium chat. A first purchase by card adds bonus points on top of each pack. A monthly or annual subscription called DX Plus issues a fixed number of points every 30 days. The site is part of D2Pass, a shared-login network, and the pages name two video sites as recommended destinations. The sections below keep the limits of each layer visible, because the points last a long time but the pages offer no refund once they are bought.

The free account and the first-purchase bonus

Creating an account is free. In October 2026 the English join page headline reads "Join Now for Free Earn 12 Bonus Points" and lists 12 free points, 10 minutes of premium chat for free, one free message to models per day and unlimited access to the models' preview pages. The Japanese home page words the welcome gift differently, as a smaller points gift on account creation, so the free amount is not stated the same way on every page. The Japanese join page adds that points are granted free for logging in each day. The pages give no end date for the free-account bonus.

For the first card purchase there is a "New Member Special" with added bonus points, offered to new members paying by credit card or a reloadable debit card. As of October 2026 the mobile join page lists four packs, from 35 points for $50 with 10 bonus points up to 185 points for $300 with 35 bonus points. All prices are in US dollars. The page says the bonus is for first-time purchase and does not say whether it repeats on later purchases. A separate crypto purchase page lists two packs that carry a percentage bonus. A bank transfer option is described for people without a card or with a card limit, with a bigger bonus for larger transfers, and the pages give no transfer bonus figures.

What the points cost, and what the subscription adds

The durable rule is that every minute in a chat room draws points. As read in October 2026, the FAQ says a room needs a small minimum balance to enter, and that staying in a chat costs a base rate of 1.2 points per minute. Optional extras, such as the remote toy control, secret messages, video calls and tips, cost additional points on top, and the FAQ names these as the reason balances can fall faster than expected. The Japanese price guide spells the extras out: the one-on-one two-shot mode, a two-way video call and each remote toy in use each add 1 point a minute to the base rate, with VIP members paying half a point for the video call, and a secret message costs 1 point. A private invitation chat is priced separately at a higher per-minute figure. The FAQ also mentions discount chat events, and says most of them also cut the two-shot rate or the toy rate inside a two-shot; the pages list no current event or its dates.

DX Plus is the subscription. It comes in a Lite plan and a Pro plan, payable monthly or as one annual payment, and it issues points to the account on the registration date and then every 30 days, including on annual plans. In October 2026 the FAQ lists the Lite plan at 17 points a month, with the daily login points raised, and the Pro plan at 170 points a month, with extra mileage points on use. The pages state no cash price for either plan. An upgrade to the annual plan extends the membership period and grants no extra points at the moment of upgrade. DX Plus cannot be taken by members who still hold the older DX Royal plan, which is closed to new members.

After the offer: renewal and expiry

Points on their own carry no rebill. The FAQ and the price guide describe the site as fully prepaid, with no bill arriving later and no monthly fee, and the account-closing answer adds that nothing is charged unless points are bought. DX Plus is the opt-in exception, and it renews automatically. Unless the member cancels, the monthly plan charges every 30 days from the registration date and the annual plan every 360 days. The renewal amount is described as the fee for the period, and the pages do not say whether it differs from the first payment. Cancellation is done through a withdrawal form and must be completed by the day before the renewal date.

Bought points have their own clock. If a member neither logs in nor uses at least 0.1 points for 24 months from the last session login, all remaining points and the attached mileage points become void. Daily login points last only 24 hours, and the pages list coupons from monthly spending rewards as valid for 30 days after issue. A monthly fan club subscription also appears in the FAQ, but it takes no new sign-ups.

Billing

Card payments are described as handled by DTI Services, and the statement shows "DI SERVE" or "DTISERVE", not the site name. The English join pages direct buyers to an authorized sales agent, epoch.com. The FAQ gives the payment company's full name as DTI Services, Inc. and names Allbright Information Services, Inc. as the customer support for payments, which the join page says answers all year round. The FAQ lists VISA, MasterCard, JCB and Diners Club cards, with bank or postal transfer for buyers without a card; the join pages add reloadable debit cards and a crypto route. A one-click payment option skips the payment page, and the FAQ says coupons cannot be used with it. Dollar prices are used on the pack lists, and the pages mention no tax line.

Getting out and refunds

The FAQ is firm on refunds. It states that once a purchase made of the buyer's own will is completed, no cancellation or refund is accepted. It is the FAQ's answer to whether a payment can be canceled. A full account withdrawal is possible through a form for D2Pass members and through a separate contact form for others, and the pages say nothing about leftover points on closing beyond the 24-month expiry rule. Fan club members who leave get no refund of fees, though access continues for 30 days from joining or the last recurring date.

What the money buys, and who the offer suits

For the Asian cam category, the draw is a roster of models from Japan and elsewhere in Asia, a site that works in several languages and a pay-per-minute model with no mandatory plan. Members also get preview access to waiting models without a time limit and up to 5 free DX mails per day. The D2Pass login covers about 60 member sites, according to the FAQ, and the recommended-sites list names Caribbeancom and 1pondo.

The offer suits a reader who wants to try a chat with free points first and who is willing to read Japanese terms or lean on a translator for the details. It suits a light user who prefers to buy one pack, because points last up to 24 months of inactivity. It suits less a reader who dislikes automatic renewals, since DX Plus keeps renewing until it is canceled, or one who wants a refund path, because the pages offer none after purchase. A further caveat is that the plan prices and the bank transfer bonus levels are not printed on the pages, so a buyer should check the join page before choosing DX Plus.
