What ChaosMen is and what the offer is

ChaosMen is a gay studio site built on amateur men and first-time experiences, with original series alongside solo scenes. Its home page dates the brand to 2006 and speaks of "20 Years of Celebrating Male Sexuality". The legal line at the foot of each page gives Digigamma B.V., Mariettahof 25, Haarlem, as owner and operator, and records for the site's content are kept by Gamma Entertainment Inc. in Montreal, according to the record-keeping statement.

Unlike a plain ladder, every card on this join page carries a promotion. In October 2026 there is a 3 day trial for a small charge, a 30 day plan labeled "Save 50%", a 60 day plan labeled "1 Month FREE" and an 18 month plan labeled "6 Months FREE". Prices are in euros. What a buyer really commits to depends less on the first payment than on what each card says it recurs at afterward.

The plan ladder and the offer in detail

The cards run from longest to shortest. The 18 month and 60 day cards lead, the half-price 30 day card follows, and the trial sits last under a "Try NOW!" banner. The trial is described as "Limited Streaming" with no downloads. The three paid cards each read "Unlimited streaming" but also list "No downloads", while the "Members Benefits" box beneath them promises "Streaming and Download Options" and the home page advertises unlimited 4K streaming and downloads. The page leaves that contradiction unresolved.

As read in October 2026, the trial is billed €2.95 and then recurs at €29.95 every 30 days. The half-price 30 day card takes one payment of €14.95 for the first 30 days and then recurs at €29.95 a month, so the half-price label applies to the opening month only. The "1 Month FREE" card covers 60 days for a single first payment and then recurs at €19.95 a month. The "6 Months FREE" card covers 18 months for a single payment of €125.10 and then recurs at €125.00 every 12 months. Each paid card also prints a per-month headline rate of its own.

There is a promo code box under the cards, but no page prints a code, and none of the four promotions shows an end date or says it is limited to new members.

After the offer: what each card turns into

The renewal is where the cards part ways. The trial and the half-price 30 day card both settle on the highest recurring rate on the page. The "1 Month FREE" card, by contrast, settles on a monthly rate below that, and the "6 Months FREE" card moves from an 18 month first term to yearly renewals at a slightly different amount from the first payment. Which card a member picks on day one therefore fixes the renewal price they live with afterward.

The terms describe the trial in section 8.3: its length is shown at joining and on the emailed receipt, monthly fees begin when the trial ends, and the membership keeps renewing each month unless it is canceled before the trial is over. Signing up can also prompt an authorization on the card of up to one month of service, which the card issuer may hold against the available balance or credit limit during the trial.

For paid terms, section 8.1 says the company rebills at the fee and frequency printed on the receipt emailed to the member, and section 8.2 speaks of renewal for further prepaid periods of the same length at the rates in force at sign-up. On this join page, where first terms and renewals differ, the receipt and the card's "Recurring at" line are the figures to keep. Fees can move for legal or tax reasons, and silence for 30 days after such a change counts as acceptance; the company gives no refund or price protection when a later promotion undercuts what a member paid.

No add-on is pre-ticked. The terms do allow two optional purchases, single scenes and access to extra sites, each billed once without a rebill and kept for life.

Billing

Segpay is named in the footer as the authorized payment processor, both for billing questions and for cancellation, and the footer also points to Epoch.com for authorized sales agents. Payment methods under section 1.6 of the terms are credit and debit cards, money orders, online checks and gift cards through PayGarden. Gift card memberships never renew and are never refunded.

The member also bears taxes, bank charges and any currency swing, which applies to anyone paying these euro prices from another currency. If a first payment fails, the company may try it again within seven days. Neither the join page nor the terms state which descriptor a statement will show.

Getting out

Section 10 of the terms asks for notice to Client Relations, either through the form on famesupport.com or by contacting the department directly, giving full name, email address and, where relevant, the last four digits of the payment method. Fees run on until 48 hours after Client Relations has received and acknowledged that notice, and the member carries the burden of making sure it arrives. Under section 8.2, a membership has to be canceled 48 hours ahead of each renewal. A trial member reads two clauses side by side here: the trial clause asks only for cancellation before the trial ends, but under the 48 hour rule a notice sent on the last day of a 3 day trial may already be inside the window.

On refunds, the policy page leaves little room. Once the login has been used, fees stay with the company; an unused membership or trouble reaching the site that is not the company's fault earns nothing back; partial months get no credit. When a refund is granted, it goes to the original payment method within ten days of contact with Client Relations, and never as cash or a paper check.

What the money buys, and who the offer suits

On the brand's own figures, the membership opens a library of 2,800+ videos that it calls exclusive, and 1,000+ models, with multiple weekly updates in 4K and HD and named series such as Raw, Solo, Serviced and Edge. The menu also links live cams, which no page prices. No sister site or network pass comes with the login, so this is one studio's catalog, focused on amateur and first-time gay scenes.

The trial suits someone who wants three days with the archive and will cancel well before the end. The "1 Month FREE" card suits a viewer who already plans to stay month to month, since it renews below the rate the short cards settle on, and the "6 Months FREE" card suits one ready to move to yearly billing. The half-price 30 day card is the one to read closely: after the first month it costs as much as the trial's renewal. Anyone expecting a refund after logging in, or a named statement descriptor, will not find either on these pages.
