What Bloom Stories is and what the offer is
Bloom Stories is an erotic audio service, not a video site, and its terms of service name Quicku GmbH as the company that provides it. It sells spoken stories, roleplay audio, guided audio, and romance audiobooks, and it describes its approach as sensual, ethical and female-gaze. The offer has two layers. There is a free account that never expires, and there is a premium subscription in monthly, quarterly and annual terms. On top of that, the brand runs a standing promo code on a page of its own, with a separate percentage taken off each term. The brand says in so many words that the free tier has no time limit and no trial period, and that it needs no payment details.
The plan ladder and the offer in detail
The free account gives a selection of audios that changes each week. The brand states there is no trial period tied to it, and that free accounts are free forever. Premium opens the whole library and the mobile app, and it is sold as monthly, quarterly or annual memberships. The pricing FAQ names the three terms and gives one price, for the annual plan.
In October 2026 the pricing page says the yearly subscription costs $10.95/mo and describes that as a 63% saving over the month-to-month plan. The page text prints no monthly or quarterly price, so the comparison point for that 63% is not shown, and no total for the year is given.
The promo code is the sharper offer. As the promo page read in October 2026, the code BLOOMSECRET takes 6% off a monthly subscription, 36% off a quarterly subscription and 66% off the annual subscription. The page calls it a one-time discount code that can be applied once per user account, says it is available to new members, and states that there is no time limit or expiration date on the deal, calling it "an evergreen gift". A button on the page applies the code to the purchase automatically, so nothing has to be typed at checkout. The page prints no price for any of the three terms, before or after the code. It also mentions a newsletter that sends sales announcements, and social accounts that post seasonal sales, without naming any further code.
The monthly term gets the smallest reduction, the quarterly term a large one, and the annual term the deepest, so the code matters most on the annual plan.
After the offer: renewal
Subscriptions renew on their own, and the support page says so directly in answer to a member who asked why a renewal arrived without warning. The brand's advice is to track renewal dates and cancel to stop future renewals. The terms say a subscription continues until the member cancels, that the fee is billed at the start of each paying period on or near the same calendar day, and that the member must cancel before renewal to avoid the next period's fee.
The terms add three points that matter for planning. The amount billed in a period may vary from term to term. The company may change prices at any time, but a material increase takes effect only after notice and applies only to renewals after that notice. And the company may authorize a payment method in anticipation of subscription charges. Fees are "fully earned upon payment", and the renewal date itself can move when the subscription changes. No pre-selected add-on or bundled second product appears on any page. Because the code is described as one-time, the promo page gives no assurance that its percentage applies again at renewal, and no page says what the first renewal costs.
One product change is worth knowing about. The brand retired its chat feature, Bloom Chat, and premium no longer includes chat credits. Credits that a member bought individually and never used are refunded on request, but credits issued as part of a premium membership are not.
Billing
The terms say purchases may go through third-party payment providers and app store providers, and that the member authorizes the company to share payment information with them. No page names a processor, a billing descriptor, or the accepted card brands. The terms put taxes and any charges imposed by a payment or app provider on the member. A member who subscribes through an app store provider is told to cancel with that provider, and the app is offered to premium users on the Android and Apple stores. The support page adds that some content is restricted in the store apps because of platform policies, and that the browser version at bloomstories.com carries the full library. The terms also ask members to raise any objection to a charge with the company first.
Getting out
The cancellation path is short. The FAQ and the support page both say to open Settings, choose Plans, and cancel there; the terms describe the same step as going to the account page. A confirmation email follows. The support page says to contact support if that email has not arrived within 5 minutes, and warns that without a confirmation email and without contacting support the company cannot confirm a cancellation, which would mean continued charges and no eligibility for a refund. Support is reachable by email or by the contact form.
Access continues to the end of the billing period after canceling, and the account closes at the end of that period. Switching between monthly and annual is done by canceling, waiting until the current plan expires, and subscribing again to the new term. A member who deletes an account should cancel the subscription first; the brand says deleting normally cancels it, but a gap between its user database and its payment provider can leave the charge running, and in that case it asks for proof of payment and the former account email to investigate and refund extra charges. Changing a login email also means deleting the account and creating a new one.
The refund rule is strict. All payments are non-refundable except as the terms provide, there are no refunds or credits for partial membership periods or unlistened content, and any refund is at the company's sole discretion unless the law requires one.
What the money buys, and who the offer suits
Premium opens the full audio library, which the brand puts at 1000+ audios across several product lines: multi-voice stories, a cinematic series, roleplay audio addressed to the listener, guided audio for solo or shared use, sleep and relaxation tracks, and full-length romance audiobooks. The "You & Me" episodes, the support page says, usually run 14 to 25 minutes. New content arrives every week, in English, German, Spanish and French. The brand says its stories are written and voiced by people it compensates and that its content prioritizes enthusiastic consent.
The free tier fits a reader who wants to hear the style before spending anything, since there is no card needed and no countdown. The code fits someone who has decided on a longer term and is new to the service. It suits less well a reader who wants a one-month look, who gets the smallest cut, and anyone who dislikes renewals, since the support page makes the confirmation email the member's proof of cancellation and switching terms means waiting out the current one.
