What Blacks on Cougars is and what the offer is
Blacks on Cougars is an interracial video site built around mature women, and its home page sells it as a way into the whole DFXtra network: one login, the page says, opens 30+ channels and a library of 6,000+ interracial videos with multiple weekly updates. Those are the brand's own figures. The terms of service, last updated March 24, 2026, are an agreement with DigiGamma B.V. / Gamma Billing Inc., and the footer of every page names Digigamma B.V. of Haarlem, Netherlands, as owner and operator.
The offer is a short paid trial rather than a free one: 3 days of limited access for a small first charge, after which the membership turns into a monthly plan. Beside it the join page sells two 30 day plans and a 365 day term. There is a promo code box at checkout, but no page prints a code to put in it.
The plan ladder and the offer
Joining takes two steps on one page: create the account, then pick one of four cards. The trial card is headed "Limited Access" and spells out its limits plainly, limited streaming and no downloads. The other three cards, two of 30 days and one of 365 days, are all headed "Streaming + Downloads".
In October 2026 the trial card says the trial period is billed $2.95 and then recurs at $29.95 every 30 days. The two monthly cards differ only in price: one at $19.95 a month, recurring monthly at that amount, and one at $29.95 a month, also recurring monthly. Nothing on the page explains why both exist or what separates them.
The 365 day card, as read in October 2026, prints $9.95 /month beside a single payment of $119.40 that recurs every 12 months; the per-month figure is the page's own. No card carries a crossed-out price, a sale label or an end date. What sets Blacks on Cougars apart from a plain ladder is the trial and its small first charge.
The "Members Benefits" box under the cards claims access to over 6,000 network videos, over 1,500 models, over 1,000,000 photos, 30+ sites, multiple weekly 4K updates, streaming and download options and 24/7 customer support. One oddity: each paid card lists "Unlimited streaming" and then also "No downloads" under its "Streaming + Downloads" heading, and the page does not resolve the contradiction. Section 9 of the terms caps downloading at 300 GB per day, says the limit can change without notice, and allows an account that goes over it to be suspended or banned, with a pro-rated refund for the time left in a banned member's term.
After the trial and at renewal
Section 8.3 of the terms covers trials. Their length varies and is shown during joining and on the emailed receipt. Monthly billing starts when the trial ends, and from then on the membership renews every month unless it is canceled before the trial is over. On this join page that means the October 2026 trial converts at $29.95, the higher-priced of the two monthly cards rather than the cheaper one, so a trial member who stays pays more each month than someone who joined straight onto the lower monthly card.
There is a second point about the trial in the same clause. As soon as someone registers, the company may authorize the card for up to one month of service, and the card issuer may reduce the available balance or credit limit by that amount for the length of the trial. The clause does not say when the hold is lifted.
For every other plan, section 8.2 sets automatic renewal for further prepaid periods of the same length, at the rates that applied at sign-up, until the member cancels. Fees may still change because of laws and taxes, and a member who has not canceled within 30 days of such a change is deemed to accept it. The company offers no price protection and no refund if prices fall or a promotion appears later.
The join page shows no pre-ticked add-on. The terms do describe two optional extras: single scenes bought pay-per-clip and access to further sites bought pay-per-site. Both are one-time charges with no rebill, and the buyer keeps lifetime access to what was bought whatever happens to the membership.
Billing
Segpay is the processor named on every page: the footer sends billing questions and cancellation requests to SEGPAY.com and calls it the authorized payment processor, while a second footer line points to Epoch.com for authorized sales agents. The terms also give digigammasupport.com for billing inquiries. Accepted methods, as section 1.6 lists them, are credit card, debit card, money order, online check, and gift cards through PayGarden. A gift card membership is handled differently: it is never rebilled, and it carries no refund or partial refund.
Members are liable for taxes, bank fees and currency fluctuations on top of the plan fee. When a first payment is declined, the company may try the card again within seven days. If a recurring payment fails, the terms allow an administrative fee of up to $2 (terms read in October 2026) to keep the membership active until the full fee goes through. No page gives the descriptor that will appear on a card statement.
Getting out
Section 10 sets the route out: notice to the company's Client Relations department, either through the form at famesupport.com or by contacting Client Relations directly, with the full name, the email address and, where relevant, the last four digits of the payment method. Fees keep accruing until 48 hours after Client Relations has received and acknowledged the notice, and the terms put the burden of getting the notice through on the member. Section 8.2 separately asks for cancellation 48 hours before each renewal. For a 3 day trial the trial clause says only that cancellation must come before the trial ends, so a member who leaves it to the third day may already be inside the 48 hour window that the renewal clause sets.
Refunds are narrow. Both the refund policy page and section 11.2 say fees cannot be refunded once the login has been used, that not using the membership is not a ground for a refund, and that partly used periods earn no credit. Any refund the company does grant goes back to the original payment method, never as cash or a paper check, within ten days of contact with Client Relations. A charge the member believes is a mistake has to be raised in writing within 30 days of the statement it first appears on, or the terms treat it as waived.
What the money buys, and who the offer suits
The money buys Blacks on Cougars itself and, on the brand's account, the rest of DFXtra: the home page describes 30+ channels covering different interracial niches, calls DFXtra "the largest interracial network", and lists DFXtra Originals series on its channel strip. The paid plans are pitched for streaming and downloading, and the site's own menu adds models, photos and channels sections.
The trial suits a reader who wants three days across the network and will cancel in good time through famesupport.com or Segpay. The 365 day term suits someone sure they will stay a year. A reader who expects to keep the cheaper monthly rate after a trial should note that the trial converts to the higher card, and anyone who wants a refund after logging in, or a named statement descriptor in advance, will not find either here.
