What BiPhoria is and what the offer is

BiPhoria is a bisexual porn site built on the back catalog of the Zero Tolerance studio. Its home page says the studio was a leader in bi movies on DVD and VOD for several years and that the entire movie library is now offered online, with new weekly scenes in 4K from the studio's own director. Ownership sits with Digigamma B.V. of Haarlem in the Netherlands, according to the footer, and the terms of service, last updated March 24, 2026, are an agreement with DigiGamma B.V. / Gamma Billing Inc.

The way in is a paid trial: 3 days of limited streaming for a small first charge, which then becomes a monthly membership. Next to it the join page offers two monthly plans and a yearly plan whose price the page also expresses per month. One more route matters to anyone wary of renewals: the terms say a membership paid with gift cards through PayGarden is never rebilled.

The plan ladder

Joining takes two steps on one page: an account form, then "Choose Your Plan". The account step includes a box consenting to promotional email, and under the plans sits a "Have a promo code?" link, though no page prints a code or describes a promotion.

Four plans are listed. In October 2026 the trial, "3 Day Trial Limited Access", costs $2.95 with limited streaming and no downloads, and the small print beneath says the trial period is billed $2.95 and then recurs at $29.95 every 30 days. The first of the two monthly plans is billed in one payment of $19.95 and recurs at that price each month. The second is billed and recurs at $29.95, the same figure the trial converts into. The yearly plan shows "$9.95 /month" as its headline and is billed in one payment of $119.40, recurring at $119.40 every 12 months.

The two monthly plans carry identical labels and benefits, so nothing on the page explains why one costs more. Every paid plan is headed "Streaming + Downloads Only", yet its feature line reads "Unlimited streaming Unlimited No downloads", while the members' benefit list promises "Unlimited Streaming & Downloads". The page offers no end date for any price and does not restrict the trial to new members.

What the trial turns into

The trial runs on a short clock and converts at the higher monthly rate. Under the trial clause of the terms, monthly billing starts once the trial period ends and continues month after month unless the member cancels before the trial is over. The length of a trial is set during joining and confirmed on the emailed receipt. At registration the company may authorize the card for up to one month of service, which, the terms warn, some card issuers reflect as a reduced available balance or credit limit while the trial lasts.

Because the trial is limited streaming with no downloads, a trial member sees less than the paid plans advertise. Someone who decides within the 3 days not to stay has to cancel in time for the cutoff described below.

After the first charge

Every recurring plan renews by itself. The auto-renewal clause extends each membership for another prepaid period of the same length, at the rate in force when the member first signed up, until it is canceled; to stop the next term's charge, notice has to reach the company 48 hours before the renewal. Fees may still change where laws or taxes require it, and a member who does not cancel within 30 days of a change is treated as accepting it. The terms also rule out price protection, so a member gets nothing back if prices fall later or a promotion appears.

Two clauses deal with payment trouble. A failed recurring payment can trigger an administrative fee, capped in the terms, while the membership is kept active, and a declined first payment may be retried within seven days of the attempt. In that retry case the company may charge a smaller first amount on condition that the membership continues at the original rebill fee from the next rebill. No add-on is ticked on the join page; the terms allow single-scene and extra-site purchases as one-time charges with lifetime access to what was bought, but no price for either appears.

Billing

Each page footer names Epoch.com as an authorized sales agent and SEGPAY.com as the authorized payment processor for billing inquiries and cancellations. Accepted payment, per the terms, covers credit card, debit card, money order, online check and gift cards through the PayGarden service. Members carry the cost of applicable taxes, bank fees and currency fluctuations on top of the membership fee. Billing disputes have to be raised in writing through the company's billing support site within 30 days of the statement that first shows the charge, and California residents are given Gamma Billing Inc. in Beverly Hills, with a phone number, as a contact. What a BiPhoria charge will read like on a card statement is not printed anywhere on the site.

PayGarden purchases have their own rules. Such memberships fall under PayGarden's terms, are not rebilled, receive no full or partial refund, and may only be offered a similar membership on a related site. For a buyer who wants no renewal at all, that is the route the terms describe.

Getting out

Cancellation is a notice to Client Relations, sent through a support form or by contacting the team directly, carrying the member's full name, email address and, where it applies, the last four digits of the payment method. The footer also lists SEGPAY.com for cancellations. Fees keep accruing until 48 hours after Client Relations receives and acknowledges the notice, and the terms leave it to the member to make sure the notice arrives.

The refund page allows little. Once the login has been used, fees are not refunded; not using the membership, or being unable to reach it through no fault of the company, does not qualify; part-month periods earn neither a refund nor a credit. A refund that is granted goes back to the original payment method within ten days of contact with Client Relations, never as cash or a paper check. The single exception in the terms concerns the 300 GB daily download limit: an account banned for exceeding it receives a pro-rated refund for the remaining time.

What the money buys and who it suits

The membership opens BiPhoria's bisexual videos and full movies, including parodies, with photo sets for each release; the home page calls itself "The #1 Bi Destination" and promises weekly updates, 4K streaming and downloads, any-device playback and round-the-clock support. Downloads are capped at 300 GB a day under the terms.

The trial suits a viewer who wants 3 days of limited streaming before paying the monthly rate, and who will send notice 48 hours before it converts. The cheaper monthly plan suits a month-to-month viewer; the dearer one shows no extra feature on the page. The yearly plan fits someone settled on a full year who is comfortable paying once and accepting the strict refund page. A buyer who dislikes recurring charges can look at the PayGarden gift card route, which never renews and never refunds.
