What AllBlackX is and what the offer covers
AllBlackX is a studio membership site for black-on-black adult video. Its home page calls it the newest site from the XEmpire network, made with an award-winning director, and says a membership also opens the entire XEmpire network. The footer names the owner and operator as Digigamma B.V., based at Mariettahof 25 in Haarlem; the terms of service are an agreement with DigiGamma B.V. / Gamma Billing Inc. The offer is a paid trial: 3 days of limited access for a small first charge, after which billing moves to the monthly rate. Beside the trial the join form sells two 30 day plans and a 365 day plan, and the yearly plan carries a per-month figure the page prints itself.
The plan ladder and the trial
Step 2 of the join form, "Choose Your Plan", shows four options. The trial heads the list as "3 Day Trial Limited Access", with limited streaming and no downloads. Two 30 day plans follow, both headed "Streaming + Downloads". The 365 day plan, also "Streaming + Downloads", closes the list. No plan is shown against a crossed-out price or a percentage, so the saving sits in the low trial charge and in the yearly plan's per-month figure.
As read in October 2026, the trial costs $2.95, and the line beneath it states that the trial period is billed $2.95 and recurs at $29.95 every 30 days. The cheaper 30 day plan is billed as one payment of $19.95 and recurs monthly at the same amount; the dearer one is billed and recurs at $29.95, the figure the trial converts to. The 365 day plan is printed as "Only $9.95 /month" and billed as one payment of $119.40, recurring at $119.40 every 12 months.
The page does not explain how the two 30 day plans differ, since both carry the same headings and benefits. It gives no end date for the trial or any plan and does not limit any of them to new members. Below the plans sits a "Have a promo code?" link; no code is printed anywhere on the site's pages.
After the trial: what each charge turns into
The trial is the one plan that changes price. The join page prints the conversion beside it, and the terms, last updated March 24, 2026, describe the mechanism: the length of a trial is shown during joining and on the emailed receipt, monthly billing starts when the trial ends, and the membership then renews each month unless it is canceled before the trial is over. The terms also warn that the card can be authorized for up to one month of service at registration, which may hold part of the card's available balance or credit limit while the trial runs.
The 30 day and 365 day plans renew for further periods of the same length at the rate that applied at sign-up, and the join page shows each one recurring at its own first charge. Fees can still change where laws or taxes require it; a member who does not cancel within 30 days of such a change is treated as accepting it. The terms rule out price protection, so a later price cut or promotion brings no refund to someone already paying.
A few further clauses touch the bill. A failed recurring payment can carry a small capped administrative fee while the membership is kept active. A declined first payment may be retried within 7 days, and in that case the company may take a lower first charge provided the membership continues at the original rebill fee afterwards. The site may also sell individual scenes or access to an extra site, each as a one-time charge with lifetime access and no rebill; the join form shows no such item ticked and lists no price for it.
Billing
Every page footer names two billing parties: it refers buyers to Epoch.com authorized sales agents, and names SEGPAY.com as the authorized payment processor for billing inquiries and cancellation. The terms accept credit card, debit card, money order, online check, and gift cards through the PayGarden service. A PayGarden membership is never rebilled, and the terms allow no refund or partial refund on it. Applicable taxes, bank fees and currency differences are charged to the member. Billing disputes go in writing through the company's billing support site within 30 days of the statement where the charge first appears. For California residents the terms give Gamma Billing Inc. in Beverly Hills as the billing contact, with the phone number 1-877-711-7334. No page names a statement descriptor.
Getting out
The terms let a member cancel at any time without giving a reason, by sending notice to Client Relations through a support form or by contacting Client Relations directly, and the footer also points cancellations to SEGPAY.com. A notice should include a full name, an email address and, where it applies, the last four digits of the card. The deadline is 48 hours before the renewal, and fees continue to accrue until 48 hours after Client Relations has received and acknowledged the notice. On a 3 day trial, that leaves a narrow window.
The refund page is strict. Once the login has been used, fees are not refunded; unused time and access problems that are not the company's fault do not qualify; part-month periods get neither a refund nor a credit. Any refund that is granted goes back to the original card or payment method within 10 days of contact with Client Relations, never as cash or a check. The terms add one exception: a member banned for going over the 300 GB daily download limit receives a pro-rated refund for the remaining time.
What the money buys, and who the offer suits
The home page claims 2,000+ premium videos with 4K scenes added weekly, and says all movies can be downloaded; the join page benefits list adds downloadable HD videos and picture sets, watching on any device and 24/7 customer and technical support, though it describes the updates as monthly. The membership also opens the XEmpire network, with bonus sites DarkX, HardX, LesbianX and EroticaX named on the home page, which advertises access to over 1,700 videos there.
The trial suits someone who wants 3 days of streaming to judge the site's own black-on-black catalog before the monthly rate applies, and who will send notice 48 hours ahead of conversion. The yearly plan suits a member planning to stay 12 months who is comfortable with one payment and the strict refund page. For a short stay, a reader comparing the two monthly plans will find no difference on the page beyond the price and should check the checkout summary before paying.
