What Active Duty is and what the offer covers

Active Duty is a gay studio site with a military theme: its home page describes adult servicemen, soldiers, sailors and marines in original videos. The join page footer says the site is owned and operated by Digigamma B.V. of Mariettahof 25, Haarlem, and the terms are an agreement with DigiGamma B.V. / Gamma Billing Inc. One membership covers more than the studio itself: the home page says joining brings the whole Active Duty group of sites plus the ASGmax network "at no extra cost". The money side has three parts. The join page sells a 3 day paid trial, two 30 day plans whose first charge is lower than the amount they recur at, and an 18 month prepaid block; a separate discounts page prints a promo code for full access at a lower price.

The plan ladder, step by step

Step 2 of the join form lists four plans. At the long end sits the prepaid block, labeled "6 Months FREE" over an 18 month term. Two 30 day plans follow, each tagged as a saving, each with a first payment below its recurring amount. Last comes the trial, "Try Now!", which the page restricts to limited streaming with no downloads.

As of October 2026 the trial costs $2.95 for 3 days, and the line under it reads that the trial period is billed $2.95 and then recurs at $34.95 every 30 days. The first 30 day plan is billed at $17.95 and then recurs monthly at the same amount the trial converts to. The second 30 day plan is billed at $14.95 and recurs at $24.95 a month, so it carries both the lower first charge and the lower renewal of the pair. The 18 month block is shown as $7.50 /month, billed in one payment of $135.00 that recurs every 12 months.

The page does not explain why two monthly plans with different terms sit side by side, and it prints no end date or new-member restriction for any of the four. A "Have a promo code?" link sits under the plans.

The discounts page is the brand's own promo page. Read in October 2026, it prints the code ADspecial (also written ADSpecial) and says it gives full access with unlimited streaming and downloads for $9.95. The page does not state the length of membership that price buys, whether it is a first charge only, or what the membership renews at afterwards. The checkout total is where that gets settled.

After the offer: what each charge turns into

The terms, dated March 24, 2026, treat a trial as a short membership term whose length is shown during joining and on the emailed receipt. Monthly billing starts when the trial ends, and from then the membership renews every month unless it is canceled before the trial runs out. The terms also allow the card to be authorized for up to one month of service at registration, which can tie up part of a card's available balance during the trial.

Once past the first charge, each Active Duty plan rolls over on its own: the 30 day plans every month and the 18 month block on a yearly cycle, each time at the "Recurring at" amount printed under it, which the terms tie to the rate in effect on the day of joining. That rate can still move if laws or taxes change it; staying on for 30 days after such a change counts as agreeing to it. Members who joined before a sale do not get the difference back, since the terms exclude price protection.

Two smaller clauses matter on the bill. If a recurring payment fails, the terms allow a small capped administrative fee to keep the membership active until the full fee goes through, and a declined first payment can be retried within 7 days, with the login details emailed once it clears. In that retry case the company may also take a smaller first payment, on the condition that the membership continues at the original rebill fee from the next rebill unless the member cancels first. Separately, the site may sell single scenes or access to an additional site, each a one-time charge with lifetime access and no rebill; the join page shows no such item preselected and prints no price for either.

Billing

The terms define the accepted payment methods as credit card, debit card, money order, online check, or gift cards through the PayGarden service. A gift-card membership is the one route that never renews, and the terms rule out any refund on it. Taxes, bank fees and currency swings fall on the member. The footer of every page names two billing parties: it points to Epoch.com authorized sales agents, and it calls SEGPAY.com the authorized payment processor for billing inquiries and cancellation. A charge thought to be wrong has to be raised in writing within 30 days of the statement through the company's billing support site, which the terms name. No page gives a statement descriptor.

Getting out

Cancellation works by notice to Client Relations, either through the support form the terms point to or by contacting Client Relations directly; the footer also routes cancellation through SEGPAY.com. The notice should carry a full name, an email address and, where it applies, the last four digits of the card. Timing is the catch: the terms ask for cancellation 48 hours before each renewal, and fees keep accruing until 48 hours after Client Relations receives and acknowledges the notice.

Refunds are limited. The refund page says fees cannot be refunded once the login has been used on the site, that not using a membership is no reason for one, and that partial periods are neither refunded nor credited. When a refund is granted it goes back to the original payment method within 10 days of contact with Client Relations. One exception sits in the download clause: a member banned for going over the daily download cap gets a pro-rated refund for the unused time.

What the money buys, and who the offer suits

The home page claims "13,000+ Exclusive Videos", new 4K releases several times a week and 45+ sites and series, naming Next Door Studios, Disruptive Films, Active Duty and Pride Studios among the brands; the join page puts the library at over 12,500 videos across 45+ gay channels. The terms cap downloads at 300 GB a day.

The trial suits someone who wants a few days of streaming before committing, provided they cancel 48 hours before it converts at the higher monthly rate. The cheaper of the two 30 day plans is the one with the lower renewal. The 18 month block suits a viewer happy to pay once up front, keeping in mind that it renews for another 12 months at the same total. The promo code page is worth reading at checkout, since it does not spell out its own term. A login is for one person: the terms say sharing it ends the membership at once.
