What UDesireAI is and what the offer is

UDesireAI, also written udesire.ai, is a web-based AI companion app. Its terms describe it as an AI-driven companion app for chatting, generating images and videos and creating custom characters, with premium features sold by subscription. The footer names the operator as UDevoAI Limited, with a London address. The site offers girlfriend, boyfriend and anime companions, and a blog post on the site says adult topics are open for conversation once the member leads there.

The offer is a marked-down price on the Premium plan. As of October 2026 the Premium page shows a monthly price of $19.99 next to a lower $12.99 a month with a "Limited Time" label. Beside that sits a free tier with no payment needed. The saving is therefore a reduced monthly rate on the entry paid plan, not a trial: no page read describes a free trial of Premium or a first-month price that converts into something else.

The plan ladder and the offer in detail

The ladder has three rungs. A free account allows a small daily chat allowance. Premium is the entry paid plan. Ultra Premium sits above it for heavier use. The Premium page also carries three billing-period tabs, labeled Monthly, 3 Months (tagged Most Popular) and Annual (tagged Best Value). The text of the page shows prices for one period only, so the 3-month and annual rates are not stated anywhere a reader can quote.

The free tier is limited to 10 messages a day, 1 image generation, 1 custom companion and standard companions, with no voice credits. Premium removes the message cap and lists access to all premium companions, 5 custom companions, priority message processing, 5-second AI videos, gifts for the companion and early access to new features. Ultra Premium adds unlimited daily image generations, unlimited companions, higher voice credits, the fastest priority processing and beta features. One inconsistency is worth knowing before paying. The Premium feature list says 100 monthly image generations, while the comparison table and the plan FAQ say 30 a day. The page does not reconcile the two.

As read in October 2026, the Premium page sets the two monthly figures side by side with the Limited Time label on the lower one, and an older blog post on the same site gives $19.99 a month as the Premium price, says it is occasionally discounted and mentions occasional discounts for new users. The plan page gives no end date for that label and states no condition such as new members only or one use per account, and nothing on it says whether the lower figure covers only the first period or every renewal.

The Premium page also prints no Ultra Premium price, so the cost of moving up cannot be compared on the plan page itself. Its comparison table shows what Ultra adds over Premium: unlimited daily images, double the daily voice allowance, all companions with advanced models, unlimited custom companions and upscaling.

After the offer

Subscriptions renew on their own. The terms say a paid subscription renews at the end of each billing period, which may be monthly, quarterly or annually, and that cancellation is open at any time from account settings. That makes the renewal automatic by the site's own wording, though no page says whether the discounted rate or the regular one applies at the first renewal.

Plan changes follow stated rules. An upgrade from Premium to Ultra Premium is prorated, with immediate access to the Ultra features. Switching to a longer billing period charges the new rate immediately, while switching to a shorter one takes effect at the next renewal date.

Coins are the one add-on. The terms describe coins as an in-app currency that extends generation limits beyond the monthly base allowance. Coin purchases are one-time payments, and they require an active Premium or Ultra subscription to buy and use. A coin balance is tied to the subscription: if the subscription expires or is canceled, the balance is reset, and the terms say the site is not responsible for unused coins at expiry. Billing

The Premium FAQ answers the payment question in one sentence: all major credit cards, Paystack, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted. Those are the only methods the pages name. No page names the company that processes the card, no page gives the descriptor a charge will carry on a statement, and none states the currency beyond the dollar signs on the Premium page. Taxes and fees are not mentioned. A reader who wants the statement name before subscribing has no figure to rely on and would need to ask the support address in the terms.

Getting out and getting money back

The Premium FAQ says a subscription can be canceled at any time, and that access to the plan's features continues until the end of the current billing period. The terms add that canceling is done through account settings. No notice period before a renewal date is set.

The refund rule is strict. The refund policy says refunds are available only if requested within 24 hours of payment, by emailing support@udesire.ai with the order details and a brief reason, and that later requests are not eligible. It covers subscriptions only; coins are credited at once and are not refundable under any circumstances. A granted refund is paid back by the same means the member paid with. The site keeps the right to turn a request down at its sole discretion where Premium features were used extensively in that period. A cancellation therefore stops the next charge but returns nothing for the period already paid unless the request lands inside that first day.

The terms also let the operator modify, restrict or discontinue any feature, character or the service itself at any time without prior notice or refund, and they are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with disputes before the courts of England and Wales.

What the money buys, and who it suits

The money buys chat with companions that, per the site, remember preferences, send voice messages and create images from conversations, plus a character creator with realistic and anime styles. The pages list the girlfriend, boyfriend and anime sections, a roleplay chat page and an image generator that asks for a sign-in. Premium also carries 1,500 daily voice generation credits, and the terms describe every conversation as fictional and AI-created, for adults 18 and over only.

The marked-down monthly price suits someone who wants one month of Premium, plans to cancel before the next cycle, and is comfortable with a refund window that closes after a day. It suits less well anyone who wants to try the paid tier without paying, since no trial is stated, or who wants to buy coins without holding a subscription, since coins need an active plan. The caveats are plain: the 3-month, annual and Ultra prices are not on the plan page, the marked-down price has no stated end or scope, and the Premium image allowance is described two ways.
