What AI Angels is and what the offer is
AI Angels is a subscription AI companion service that runs in the browser. Members chat with ready-made companion characters, build their own in a creator, and pay credits for photos, voice notes, calls and videos. The terms name AiAppDevelopment OÜ of Tallinn, Estonia, as the operator, and the same company appears as the merchant in the footer of every page.
The offer has two layers. The pricing page shows the six-month plan as a launch offer, marked down against the monthly rate and bundled with a block of bonus credits. On top of that, the paywall has a promo code field, and the brand's own discount-code page prints a list of codes that take an extra percentage off any Premium plan. A free account sits underneath both, so a newcomer can chat before spending anything.
The plan ladder and the launch offer
The pricing page lists three subscription terms and a separate shelf of credit packs. The one-month plan is described as the flexible way in. The three-month plan is marked down against the monthly rate. The six-month plan carries the launch label and the largest credit bonus. Every plan, according to the page, includes unlimited messages with every companion, private photos and videos made for the member, the companion builder, voice calls and no filters.
As of October 2026 the pricing page shows the monthly plan at $12.99, billed monthly, with a smaller credit bonus. The six-month plan shows $12.99 struck through beside $3.99 a month, tagged with a 69% launch offer and 4,000 bonus credits, and billed as $23.94 per 6 months. The three-month plan sits between the two, with its own struck-through monthly rate and no credit bonus listed.
The launch label comes with a countdown that reads "Launch offer ends in 24:00:00" and gives no date. The brand's promo-code pages describe the same six-month price differently: they call it the standing listed price, with no expiry date, and say it is not a promotional rate that reverts after the first billing cycle.
Codes are the second layer. In October 2026 the brand's discount-code page lists active codes, each taking an extra percentage off at checkout. The undated ones include ANGELS10 for an extra 10% off. The largest, ANGEL30 for an extra 30% off, carries the end date Jan 1, 2027. The page says codes apply to every Premium plan by default, that a code stacks on top of the already-reduced plan price rather than the original monthly rate, and that the paywall shows any restriction to one tier when the code is applied. Each code can be redeemed once per account, and a code can be shared, with each person redeeming it once from their own account until a global usage limit is reached.
Credit packs are a one-time purchase. In October 2026 the pricing page lists four packs, from 1,000 credits at $9.99 up to 6,300 credits at $49.99, with the larger packs labeled as saving a stated percentage. The page says credits never expire and that packs are a one-time payment with no auto-renewal. The brand's promo pages charge photos and voice notes in credits on every plan, Premium included. The pricing page also runs an invite scheme that gives credits to both the member and a friend who joins through the member's link.
The free account
A free account is the nearest thing to a trial, and no card is needed for it. In October 2026 the brand's pages describe guests as limited to 10 messages a day without an account. Once signed in, there is no daily cap: characters with a FREE badge cost no credits under a fair-use rule, other characters cost a credit a message, and a small daily credit claim is offered. The app page adds that every new account starts with a credit balance. The discount-code page describes the free tier more simply as 30 messages a day, so the exact allowance depends on which page a reader trusts.
Explicit chat is placed on Premium by one promo page, which says free accounts get flirting and suggestive chat. Memory works on every signed-in account: each companion keeps the last 50 messages in context and up to 500 saved facts.
After the offer: renewal
Renewal is automatic. The terms say subscriptions renew unless canceled and that any trial or promotional period converts into a paid subscription unless canceled. In October 2026 the line under the checkout button on the pricing page reads that the six-month plan auto-renews every 6 months at $23.94. The three-month plan is labeled as renewing every 3 months, and the one-month plan as a subscription that can be canceled any time.
A code is a one-time reduction. The discount-code page says the subscription renews at the plan's then-current price, not the discounted amount, and that a member who wants a new code at renewal has to cancel first and subscribe again with a fresh active code. The pricing page does not say whether the bonus credits of a plan are added again at each renewal.
Billing
Charges are taken by card or crypto, both offered at checkout on the pricing page. The discount-code page says billing runs through Verotel for cards and NOWPayments for crypto. The terms add that payments may be processed by a third-party provider such as Verotel or CardBilling, whose support channels may also be used.
On the statement, the brand's adult-ai promo page says the charge shows as vtsup.com, not the site name, with the discounted amount when a code was applied. The guide page describes billing under a neutral descriptor named X24 Consulting instead. The terms themselves only say that charges may appear under a billing partner or descriptor. Questions about card or bank statements and unrecognized charges go to the support site and email named in the footer. The pages do not state a billing currency beyond prices shown in dollars, or any taxes or fees.
Getting out
The terms set a short path. A subscription can be canceled at any time, cancellation stops future billing, and access continues until the end of the current billing period. The guide page calls cancellation one-click, and the adult-ai promo page says canceling stops the next charge.
The refund rule is narrow. A refund request must be made within 24 hours of payment. No refund is given once tokens, credits or subscription benefits have been used, refunds for purchases made in error are not guaranteed, refunds can only be processed for subscription packages bought by card, and there are no partial refunds unless required by law. Members in the European Union or the United Kingdom have a 14 day right of withdrawal under the terms, counted from the confirmation email, which may be lost once credits or a subscription are used.
What the money buys, and who it suits
The product is companion chat with memory, roleplay, voice, photo and video generation and a builder for custom characters. The brand's pages claim a roster of 400+ companions, all open to every plan including the free one. It is web-only; the guide page says there is no native mobile app, and the site can be added to a phone's home screen instead.
The launch plan suits someone who has tried the free account and expects to stay for half a year, since the bonus credits and the lower monthly rate both sit on that term and renewal repeats the same six-month charge. A member who wants many photos should note that media is always paid in credits, on top of any plan. The monthly plan fits someone testing Premium first. Anyone who dislikes automatic renewal, or who wants time to change their mind, should weigh the 24 hour refund window, which closes once credits are spent, and should check the code field and the renewal line on the checkout screen before paying.
