What New Girlfriend is and what the offer is
New Girlfriend is an AI girlfriend chat service for adults that goes by both New Girlfriend and VirtualDreamGirl on its own pages. The terms identify VDG AI LLC, described as a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the United States, as the provider of the website and its services, and the footer gives a Los Angeles street address, an email address and a phone number. Members pick one of the site's AI girls, chat with her and, on paid tiers, receive NSFW images in the chat that can be downloaded. The offer has three layers: a 1-Day Free Trial that the FAQ describes as open to new users, a free account that comes preloaded with a small token balance, and monthly plans that add a percentage bonus on every token package bought. The home page also prices a 1 month membership and a monthly subscription, and those figures sit apart from the plan names on the pricing page.
The plan ladder and the offers in detail
In words, the ladder runs from a free account, through the one-day trial, to a single paid month and a recurring monthly subscription, with three named plans on a separate pricing page and four prepaid Stars packs for members who would rather top up than subscribe.
In October 2026 the home page FAQ says the 1-Day Free Trial is free, a 1 month membership costs $13.99, and a Monthly Subscription Membership costs $11.99 a month billed monthly from the day the member signed up. A second FAQ answer on the same page lists a single plan named Premium at that same monthly price. The plans page names three tiers instead: Girlfriend Lite at $4.99/month, Girlfriend Pro in the middle, and Girlfriend Elite, labeled "Most Popular", at $19.99/month, each with a larger monthly token allowance than the one below. The bonus on token packages climbs with the tier, from 5% on Lite to 15% on Elite. Neither page says which of these the $11.99 membership corresponds to, and the pricing page carries no Premium tier by that name.
The free account is the plainest offer. In October 2026 every page's header carries a "Create Free Account" button with the line "Preloaded with 10 tokens", so a new account starts with a balance before any payment.
The plans page groups a list of Girlfriend Benefits under the three tiers: faster response time, NSFW images while chatting, downloadable images, the tiered bonus on token packages, "No adult transaction in your bank statement", "Cancel subscription at any time" and "No hidden fees". None of these is priced separately, and the list does not say that any benefit is limited to one tier. The FAQ adds that the premium service needs a signed-up account, so neither the trial nor a plan can be bought without first registering.
Stars packs for pay-as-you-go
For pay-as-you-go use the same page sells Stars under the heading "Top up on Tokens", described as "100% anonymous. Non-recurring. Not shown on bank statement." As read in October 2026, the smallest pack is 100 Stars at $1.69 USD, described as worth 40 messages or 5 images. Three larger packs follow, each described in the same message and image terms, and the page prints a per-Star rate on every pack, lower on the larger packs than on the smallest. The message and image equivalents are the page's own conversions, so a top-up buyer can see what each pack covers before paying. Each pack carries a Card With Telegram button and, under the heading "More payment options", a Pay With Crypto button.
What the trial turns into
The trial starts from a pop-up. The FAQ says that clicking the free trial button opens it, and that its instructions lead to a 1-Day Free Trial, a payment for 1 month or a monthly subscription. A second FAQ answer adds that the trial is offered to new users and lets them explore the platform and its basic features before committing to a paid plan. Whether the trial needs a card, and what it becomes after the day ends, is not stated on any page.
The monthly subscription is described as billed monthly from the day of sign-up, which makes it the recurring route. The 1 month membership is worded as a single month's purchase, set apart from the subscription by its name and its higher price, and Stars top-ups are labeled non-recurring. Whether unused tokens or Stars expire is not addressed. No pre-selected add-on appears on the plans page.
Billing and payment methods
The plans page describes the statement in two ways: Stars top-ups are "Not shown on bank statement", and the subscriber benefits include "No adult transaction in your bank statement". Neither line gives the wording a member would see, and no card processor is named for the subscriptions. For Stars, the two routes the page prints are card through Telegram and crypto. The terms say a member who subscribes to a paid plan agrees to pay all applicable fees and taxes, and that VDG AI LLC may update pricing and billing policies at any time, with continued use counting as acceptance. Every price on the site is shown in US dollars.
Getting out: canceling and refunds
The plans page says a subscriber can cancel at any time. It gives no path, such as a member-area link or a cancellation address, and no notice period before the next charge. The terms add that a member can end use of the site at any time by discontinuing access, which on its own does not stop a subscription, while VDG AI LLC may end access without notice for a breach of the terms.
Refunds are discretionary. The terms say refunds are offered at VDG AI LLC's discretion, that a member who is not satisfied should contact the support team, and that a separate Return and Refund Policy exists, linked from the footer. The complaint procedure is spelled out more fully: complaints go to the support email with dates, times and any supporting documents, every complaint is reviewed and resolved within 7 business days with a response describing the action taken, and a member unhappy with the outcome can ask for an appeal, reviewed by someone not involved in the first decision. After that, the policy points to external mediation or arbitration where the law allows it. The terms are governed by United States law.
What the money buys and who the offer fits
The product is a catalog of ready-made AI girls with chat and, for paid members, NSFW images that arrive in the chat as links and can be downloaded. The terms describe all content as AI-generated and fictional, the complaint policy says members choose from predefined categories and cannot upload their own content, and the FAQ describes the platform as made for users aged 18+.
The free account with its starter tokens and the one-day trial suit a reader who wants to see the chat before paying anything. The Stars packs suit someone who prefers a one-off top-up that does not recur, paid by card through Telegram or in crypto. The monthly plans suit a reader who expects steady use and wants the token bonus on every purchase. The caveats are plain: the trial publishes no conversion terms, the home page and pricing page give two different sets of subscription prices, no cancellation steps are given, and refunds rest with the company.
