What Elyvie is and what the offer is
Elyvie is an AI companion platform in which members chat with fictional characters who remember them between sessions, receive photos and short clips, and can build characters of their own. The refund policy names Run Labs LLC as the company behind it. The pages say adults who confirm they are 18 or older can have adult conversations with eligible characters, on the web and in a Telegram bot. The same pages say a character can be treated as an AI girlfriend or an AI companion.
The offer is not a trial or a discount against a regular price. Text chat is free after sign-in, a new account gets a small balance of free credits, and the first credit purchase carries a one-time bonus. Everything beyond free chat is paid for from a prepaid credit balance, with no subscription behind it.
The free tier, the credit packs and the first-purchase bonus
On the web, a free account has no daily message cap. On Telegram, the pages say 60 messages a day are free. Photos and clips that characters send in chat are free, and the system sends this stored media before it generates anything new. Credits are needed for these things: new AI-generated photos, voice replies after the first few plays, and locked photos in a character's gallery, where the first photo opened with each character is free.
In October 2026 the pricing page lists a free tier with 10 free credits on sign-up, an AI-generated photo at 2 credits each, and voice replies free for the first 3 plays and then 1 credit per play.
The packs are one-time purchases. As of October 2026 the page lists $1.99 for 35 credits at the bottom and $19.99 for 480 credits at the top, with two packs between them. The page labels the larger packs with Save percentages of its own, rising with pack size.
The headline offer is the first-purchase bonus. In October 2026 the pages state that the first credit purchase gets +25% extra credits, a one-time welcome gift that applies to whichever package is bought first. The FAQ prints the resulting credit amounts for each pack, and a separate list of USDT prices for crypto buyers. The pages give no end date for the bonus.
After the free credits
Nothing converts into a plan. The pricing page says Elyvie uses pure pay-as-you-go pricing, with no monthly commitments, no auto-renewals and no surprise charges, and the FAQ repeats that there is no monthly reset and no subscription. A purchase is a single charge, and the balance is spent at the member's own pace. No add-on is shown as pre-selected on the pages, and no cross-sale appears.
Credits never expire, according to the pricing page and the FAQ. Conditions sit in the legal pages. The terms say free credits can carry additional restrictions or expiration dates set when they are issued, so the sign-up credits are not covered by the never-expire promise in the same way. The refund policy says that if a member deletes their account, any unused credits are forfeited and not refunded, and that credits are also forfeited when the operator ends an account for a rule violation. Closing an account therefore forfeits whatever balance is left.
The terms also say the operator can change credit pricing, per-feature credit costs and available packs at any time, and that changes do not affect credits already bought.
Billing
The pricing page says it accepts credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, processed through Stripe, and USDT on the Polygon blockchain. Card checkout runs on Stripe's page, and the FAQ says card details never reach the operator. For crypto, the member connects a wallet and pays on-chain, which the FAQ describes as pseudonymous. Signing in is done with a Google account or a crypto wallet.
What a card statement shows is not printed anywhere, and no tax line appears beside the dollar pack prices. The terms warn that blockchain payments are irreversible and that the operator is not responsible for losses from a wrong wallet address or a failed transaction, and the refund policy adds that network fees paid on a crypto purchase are not refunded.
Getting out and getting money back
With no subscription there is nothing to cancel; the exit is to stop buying. Account deletion is available from the web menu, from the Android app, or through a deletion request page without signing in, and the FAQ says conversations and memories are erased immediately.
The refund rule appears in two forms that do not match. The pricing page and the FAQ say that, because credits are delivered instantly, no refunds are offered on purchased credits, except that a failed image generation is refunded to the account balance. The dedicated refund policy, dated as last updated on September 25, 2026, is more generous. For card purchases it allows a refund request within 7 days of purchase if none of the credits from that transaction have been used. Partial refunds for partly used purchases are at the operator's discretion. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method, while a crypto purchase is refunded as credits, not to the wallet.
To ask, a member emails the support address given on the policy page. The policy promises an acknowledgment within 48 hours and a decision within 5 business days. Exceptions can be considered case by case for a significant outage, a billing error or an unauthorized purchase. The policy lists refund denial for abuse, including repeated purchase-and-refund patterns and spending credits before asking.
What the money buys, and who the offer suits
Credits pay for new AI photos, voice replies, and locked gallery photos. The product itself is text chat with a roster of characters that have their own backstories, a memory system that stores facts about the member, and a character creator. The pages describe the interface as running in the browser with no download, and adult conversation as available to confirmed adults on eligible characters, on the web and in the Telegram bot.
The offer suits someone who wants to talk for free first, spend a few dollars, and avoid a rebill altogether. The smallest pack is a low-stakes way in, and the first-purchase bonus applies whichever pack comes first. It is a weaker fit for a reader who expects a refund after spending credits, since the pages that promise no refunds and the policy that allows a 7-day window for card purchases disagree, and the window requires every credit from that purchase to be untouched. Credits left in a deleted account are forfeited.
