What Crushy.ai is and what the offer is
Crushy.ai is an AI companion platform where members chat with AI characters, generate images and videos, and design characters of their own. Its pages describe an adult mode that is switched on in account settings once age is confirmed, and the companion chat is the core of the product. The pages name the service only as Crushy and give no parent company, and the terms say they are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
There is no membership to join in the usual sense. A new account receives free credits, and everything afterwards is paid for in credit packs. The pages describe no subscription and no recurring charge. The saving on offer comes from the sign-up credits, which need no card, and from a stated bonus value on the larger packs, which lowers the price of each credit as the pack grows.
The sign-up credits and the credit packs
The ladder is a set of one-time packs, from a small entry pack to a large top pack, with no monthly plan, trial period or lifetime tier. In October 2026 the pricing page starts at 3,000 Credits for $10 USD and ends at 130,000 Credits for $250 USD. The packs between them are each labeled with a bonus value that grows with size, and the largest carries a +73 % bonus value mark. The page also prints a price per 1,000 credits under every pack, tags two of them "Most Popular" and "Best Value", and sums the ladder up as "Bigger packs = bigger savings."
The sign-up offer is separate from the packs. As of October 2026 the home page advertises a welcome bonus of 100 free credits, and the pricing page repeats that every new account receives 100 free credits to get started, with no credit card required. The home page also shows a countdown timer next to the sign-up bonus and calls it limited. No page gives an end date for the bonus, so the timer is the only limit the pages show.
What the credits buy matters more than the pack price, because the cost per use varies. In October 2026 the pricing page lists chat messages at 2-50 credits per use, depending on the quality tier, and image generation at 25 credits per use. Video generation and voice messages are listed at higher per-use credit costs. The home page lists unlimited AI chat conversations among the free perks, while the pricing page puts a credit cost on every message. The pages do not reconcile the two, so a reader who wants to chat heavily should read the cost list before buying a pack.
Bonus credits can also be granted through promotions or other programs, and the terms say these are at the operator's sole discretion and can be revoked if they were obtained fraudulently.
After the free credits
Nothing converts. There is no trial that rolls into a paid plan, because the free credits are a one-time balance and the next step is a purchase you choose to make. One of the companion pages says ongoing use is pay-as-you-go through credit packs and that there is no subscription or recurring charge. Several of the companion pages repeat that no subscription is required.
Credits do not expire, according to the pricing page. The terms add a condition: unused credits do not expire as long as the account remains active. The same terms list prolonged inactivity among the reasons the operator may terminate an account, and they say a terminated account forfeits remaining credits if the cause was a violation of the terms. A reader who buys a large pack and then leaves it untouched for a long stretch should keep that clause in mind.
The terms also reserve the right to change credit pricing and the credit cost of features at any time. That cuts both ways for a stockpile of credits: the balance stays, but what a message or an image costs in credits can change after purchase. The pages do not say how much notice would come before a change.
Credits have no monetary value outside the service and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Billing
The home page says the site accepts both cryptocurrency payments and traditional card payments, and that transactions are processed through outside payment providers it does not name. The pricing page, answering the payment question, mentions only cryptocurrency and describes it as the route for maximum privacy and security. The two pages do not match, so the card option is stated on the home page alone.
Neither page says which company takes the card payment or what name a charge carries, so a card buyer has nothing printed to look for on a statement. Prices are quoted in US dollars, and the pages say nothing about taxes or fees on top of the pack price.
Getting out
Because nothing renews, there is no cancellation step for a purchase. The home page strip does carry the words Cancel anytime, but the rest of the site describes credit packs rather than a plan, so the practical exit is simply to stop buying. An account can be deleted at any time from the Settings page, and the terms say personal data is then removed under the privacy policy, with some data kept where the law or a business purpose requires it.
Refunds are the weak point. The pricing page says credits are non-refundable once purchased and asks members with a problem to contact support. The terms go further and say all credit purchases are final and non-refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise. The pages offer no trial refund, no partial refund for unused credits and no money-back window. The only way to test the product before paying is the free sign-up balance.
What the money buys, and who the offer suits
The credits power text chat with a roster of characters, image and video generation, voice replies, and a character creator for building a companion of your own. The home page makes brand claims of 200+ AI characters and says conversations are private and encrypted. Adult content sits behind the NSFW mode, which the home page says needs age confirmation and an account setting. Adult chat and the girlfriend-style companions draw on the same credit balance, so there is no separate price for either.
The offer suits someone who wants to try a companion without entering a card, then pay a fixed sum with no renewal attached. It also fits a reader who dislikes subscriptions and wants a rebill that cannot happen. It suits a heavy chatter less well, because message costs run through a credit meter, and the cost per message is wide. The refund rule is firm, the processor is unnamed, and the pages say pricing and per-feature credit costs can change, so the free sign-up credits are the place to start.
