What Bonbon.ai is and what the offer is

Bonbon.ai is an AI character chat platform. Members meet realistic and anime-style characters, build their own, run roleplay stories, and generate images and videos of those characters. The terms name Epiclens Technologies S.L. as the company behind it and say it is registered in Cantabria, Spain. The site calls itself free to try, and the terms add that free users get a limited number of messages before a subscription is required.

The money offer sits on the Premium page. It is a discount on the first subscription that grows with the length of the plan, with a bonus of free credits attached to the two longer plans. In October 2026 the page words it as "up to 50% off the first subscription" and labels it today only, but it gives no end date. Beneath the headline sits a monthly renewal line that the reader needs to see before paying, because the discount belongs to the first subscription and the terms describe renewal at the then-current rate.

The plan ladder and the discount

There is one paid tier, which the terms call Premium, sold in three lengths: a 1 month plan, a 3 month plan and a 12 month plan. The terms say Premium grants unlimited regular chat messages plus extra features such as voice messaging and advanced image generation. The Premium page lists unlimited messages, image and video generation, publishing characters, a monthly allowance of Bonbons, daily rewards, smart memory and faster generation.

Bonbons are the platform's virtual currency, defined in the terms as digital credits spent on actions such as generating an image or sending a voice note. As of October 2026 the Premium page lists 1000 Bonbons every month as a Premium benefit. The terms add that subscribers also receive a fixed monthly allowance and that any user, free or subscribed, can buy additional Bonbon packages for real money, with package prices shown inside the service. After the offer: renewal and what happens to credits

The Premium page, read in October 2026, ends with a line that matters more than the percentage: $19.99 billed today, renews monthly, shown beside the card payment button. The page does not say whether that line changes when the 3 month or 12 month plan is selected, so a buyer who picks a longer plan cannot tell from the pages whether the next charge comes after 3 months, after 12 months or monthly.

The terms fill part of the gap. Billing

Getting out

The refund rule is limited and short. A subscription can be refunded on request within 24 hours of the initial purchase payment.
