What the PUBA Network is and what the offer is
The PUBA Network is a paid adult network sold as one login to a group of pornstar sites. The copyright line names PUBA Network, the compliance page names Puba Inc., and the terms are governed by Florida law with Seminole County, Florida as the venue for disputes. The home page sells it as access to "over 70 exclusive sites, 1,000s of videos and tons of new releases per day", the brand's own claim.
The money offer is a 2 day trial for a nominal price, labeled on the join form "Easy Upgrade, Cancel Any Time", and the home page's two buttons both read "Start Your Trial Now". Beyond the trial the join form lists a monthly plan and an annual plan. The pages print no promo code, sale percentage or end date, so the offer is the trial itself. The terms also mention a 30-day Money Back Guarantee, covered under refunds below.
The plan ladder
The join form has three steps: create a login and choose a country, pick the membership, then create the account. The only payment route offered is "Join by Credit Card". The membership step shows three choices. A 12 month membership sits first, marked "Best Value" and described as full access billed annually. A 30 day membership is described as full access for 1 month. The 2 day membership is the trial.
In October 2026 the join form lists the 12 month membership at $65.00 billed annually, the 30 day membership at $29.97 for 1 month and the 2 day membership at $1.00. The form prints no per-month figure for the annual plan and no regular price for any plan.
Beside the plans, the form lists the membership benefits as "Exclusive HD Content", daily content updates, mobile and tablet friendly pages and full 1080p HD video, and under "Always Safe & Secure" it lists discrete billing, top notch support, SSL security and "Cancel Anytime". These are the brand's own lines. The form does not separate which of them apply to the trial, and the terms limit trial members to part of the movie sections.
What the trial turns into
The renewal clause is the same on the terms page and the refund policy page. Every subscription renews automatically when its first term ends unless the member gives notice through the online Customer Service Area at support.puba.com. A 2, 5 or 7 day trial renews at the monthly rate if the member has not canceled 24 hours before it expires, and the terms put that monthly rate at $34.97 as of October 2026. The join form shows $29.97 for the 30 day membership, so the trial's rebill is above the price of joining on the monthly plan directly, and no page explains the gap.
A monthly membership renews at the monthly rate unless canceled 72 hours before it expires, a longer notice than the trial's 24 hours. The terms describe an automatic rebill cycle that follows the payment option the member picked. For the annual plan they give neither a renewal price nor a notice period beyond the general renewal rule.
Fees can change. The terms reserve the right to change fees and billing methods at any time, with or without prior notice, including supplemental charges for content or services. Nothing beyond the chosen membership is ticked on PUBA's three-step form.
In October 2026 the terms also allow an administrative fee of up to $2.00 after a failed recurring payment, to keep the subscription active until the full fee can be taken. A member who pays by check is responsible for any fees from a dishonored check, and the site may suspend or end access to anyone who fails to pay an amount by its due date.
Billing
The home page names Epoch as the brand's billing contact with the line "Please visit Epoch.com, our authorized sales agent", and the terms say the site may contract a third party to process all payments, which may add its own payment terms. The join form's only route is a credit card, with a "Discrete Billing" line among its notes. No page names the text a charge shows on a statement. Prices carry a plain dollar sign. A charge believed to be wrong must be reported within 30 days of the first statement it appears on; after that, the terms treat the fee as accepted for every purpose, including a card issuer's inquiry.
Getting out and refunds
The terms and the refund policy page both say a member may cancel at any time at support.puba.com. The member stays personally liable for charges incurred until the membership ends, and must pay any amount due at once on cancellation or termination. Access to the members' areas ends once the cancellation request is processed, so the pages do not promise access to the end of a paid period.
Refunds come in through one clause. Section XXII of the terms is titled "30-day Money Back Guarantee" and sends members to support.puba.com to find out more; the terms print no conditions, and the refund policy page, despite its title, covers renewal, fees, billing errors and termination without repeating the guarantee. A member who wants the guarantee will have to ask support what it covers. The terms also cap the site's total liability for direct damages at the fees paid for no more than 1 month.
What the money buys and who it suits
The pass opens the whole network of sites the home page counts at over 70, sold on its pornstar line-up, and the terms apply to every site on the PUBA network under one membership agreement. Members are personally licensed: the login and membership cannot be shared or transferred under the terms. Downloads are allowed up to 10 gigabytes of data a day plus up to 15 big movies, after which downloads stop until the next day.
The 2 day trial suits someone who wants a short look before a monthly charge and will cancel more than 24 hours before it ends. The annual plan suits a viewer who already knows they will stay for a year and accepts that the pages print no renewal amount for it. The monthly plan sits between the two but needs the longest notice, 72 hours. Every plan renews on its own, and the trial renews above the monthly plan's listed price.
