What Adult Time is and what the offer is

Adult Time is a subscription streaming network for adult movies and series. Its own pages describe a catalog gathered from hundreds of studio channels, plus its own original series, and the site footer names the owner as Digigamma B.V. of Haarlem in the Netherlands, while the terms are an agreement with DigiGamma B.V. / Gamma Billing Inc. The saving on the table comes in three forms. There is a short paid trial that streams only. There is a promo code printed on the brand's discounts page that is worded as a free week. And there is a prepaid one-year plan whose monthly figure, as the join page prints it, is lower than the monthly plan's.

The money story is mostly about the trial. It is cheap to start, it limits what a member can do, and it turns into a recurring monthly plan at a higher price once it ends. The sections below set out the ladder, the conversion, the billing party, and the way out.

The plan ladder

The join page lists three plans, and they sit in a clear order. The first is a trial that runs for a few days, streaming only, with limited access and no downloads. The second is a plain monthly plan the page labels streaming plus downloads, with unlimited access. The third is a one-year plan carrying the same label, paid in a single prepaid charge.

In October 2026 the join page read in dollars lists a 3 day trial at $2.95, a 1 month plan at $19.95 a month, and a 1 year plan shown with a lower monthly figure of its own. The page states that the 1 year plan is billed in one payment of $143.40 and recurs at that same amount every year. A euro version of the join page prints the same numbers with a euro sign, so the ladder is identical on both and only the currency changes.

Because the yearly figure is a single charge, a member who picks it pays the whole year at checkout. The yearly plan is the ladder's long end rather than a promotion, and the join page shows no crossed-out price or end date beside any plan.

The promo code and the free week

The brand runs a separate discounts page. It headlines the code ATSAVINGS with the words "get a FREE WEEK" and sends the reader on to the join page, where a promo code field sits below the plan boxes. The same page says the code also works on two of the network's named studio brands.

The discounts page gives no end date for the code and does not spell out its mechanics: neither the billing of the week nor what it converts into is stated there. The general terms do say that any trial membership moves into monthly billing when it ends, so that rule is the only written guide to what follows a free period. The join page carries a message for a code that was applied and one for a code that was not valid, and it says nothing more about how a code changes the plans.

What happens when the trial ends

The terms are explicit about the trial. Trial membership length varies and is set out during the joining process and in the receipt emailed to the member. The company begins billing the payment method for monthly fees when the trial period ends, and the membership renews automatically each month unless the member cancels before the end of the trial period. As of October 2026 the join page puts a number on that conversion: the trial recurs at $29.95 every month once its days run out. So the trial converts into a monthly rate above the plain monthly plan listed beside it on the same page, and the pages do not explain the difference.

On sign-up, the company may place an authorization of up to one month of service on the payment method, and the terms warn that some card issuers lower the available balance or credit limit for the length of the trial to reflect it.

For the paid plans the terms describe automatic renewal in prepaid periods of the same length, at the rates in effect when the member originally signed up, until canceled. Each term rebills at the fee and frequency shown on the emailed receipt. Fees can change because of laws and taxes, and a member who does not cancel within 30 days is deemed to accept the new fee. The company does not offer price protection or refunds if a price later falls or a promotion runs.

Declined cards get a second chance. The terms, read in October 2026, say the company may retry a declined card within 7 days of the first purchase attempt, and that for an unsuccessful recurring payment an administrative fee of up to $2 may be charged to keep a membership active until the full fee goes through.

One-time purchases and gift cards

The terms mention two purchases that are not subscriptions. A portal may offer individual scenes on a pay-per-clip basis, each with its own fee, as one-time charges with lifetime access to the scene bought. It may also offer access to an additional site on a pay-per-site basis, again as a one-time charge with lifetime access to that site. The terms say neither rebills, and they print no price for either.

Gift card memberships run on separate rules. Bought through the PayGarden service, they are not rebilled, carry no refund of any size, and the portal may offer only a similar membership to a related website instead.

Billing and payment methods

The site footer names Segpay as the authorized payment processor and sends billing inquiries and cancellation requests there. The same footer carries a line about Epoch authorized sales agents, so a member may see either name referred to. No page names the descriptor that shows on a card statement.

The terms define payment methods as credit card, debit card, money order, online check or gift cards through PayGarden, and say the accepted methods are identified before checkout. Taxes, bank fees and currency swings on the membership fall on the member under the terms. The join page is shown in dollars on one address and euros on another. Billing questions can also go to digigammasupport.com, which the terms name. A charge the member believes is wrong has to be reported in writing through that site within 30 days of the statement where it first appeared, with a written account of the amount; otherwise the terms treat the claim as waived. The company then corrects a receipt mistake by crediting it against future payments.

Getting out and refunds

Notice to cancel goes to Client Relations, either through the form on famesupport.com, which the terms link, or by contacting the department directly, and it should carry full name, email address and, where applicable, the last four digits of the payment method. The terms set two clocks. Members must cancel 48 hours before a term renews to avoid the next term's fees. Members also remain liable for fees until 48 hours after the cancellation notice is received and acknowledged. Making sure the notice actually arrives is left to the member.

The refund clause is strict. Once a login has been used on the portal the fees cannot be refunded, an unused membership earns nothing back, and partly used periods bring no refund or credit. If the company does grant a refund at its discretion, it is credited back to the original payment method within 10 days of contact with Client Relations, never as cash, a check or free services, and one granted refund sets no precedent. The download clause adds one exception: an account banned for going over the daily download limit gets a pro-rated refund for the time left in its term.

What the membership opens and who it suits

The brand's own pages claim more than 60,000 videos, more than 400 channels and 8+ updates per day. The paid plans stream and download, with a download cap of 300 GB per day in the terms. The membership works on mobile, desktop, tablet and TV, including Fire TV and Chromecast, and the join page lists compatibility with interactive sex toys and VR video streamed from a headset, which is the VR side of the membership. No separate VR plan or add-on price appears. Original content is subtitled in 7 languages and support is described as running around the clock.

The trial suits a reader who wants a few days to look around before a monthly charge and who is happy to cancel in time, since the conversion is to a higher monthly price and the cancellation window is 48 hours before renewal. The yearly plan fits someone who will stay a full year and accepts a refund policy that shuts once the login is used. The free week code fits a reader content to enter it at the join step without written terms of its own. The gift card route through PayGarden is the one membership the terms say does not rebill.
