What Grooby is and what the saving looks like

Grooby is a producer of transgender adult entertainment. Its own About page says the company was founded in 1996 and is based in Los Angeles, and that it owns a long list of single-subject sites plus a DVD line. The terms name SMY-Web, Inc., Millennium TGA, Inc. and Grooby UK Limited as the publisher of those sites. Most Grooby sites are sold one at a time, each with its own membership.

The money question is how to avoid paying for many separate memberships. Two products answer it. The first is Grooby Club, a multisite network whose tour page promises 13 full-size sites for a single membership price. The second is Grooby VIP, a 12-month package that opens every Grooby site. The pages describe no free or paid trial. The FAQ says the site has a large tour area and does not offer trial memberships, so the saving here comes from the network structure and the longer plans, not from a cheap first week.

The plan ladder and the multisite offer

The durable part first. The Grooby Club join page lists three choices: a monthly plan that rebills monthly, a one-month plan sold as a one-time purchase that does not rebill, and a yearly plan that rebills yearly. The yearly plan is priced on the page as a per-month figure, which the page prints itself.

In October 2026 the Grooby Club join page lists the monthly plan at $29.99, rebilling monthly at the same amount. The one-month plan is $39.99 and is labeled a one-time purchase on the page. The yearly plan is shown at $8.33 a month, the page's own per-month figure, with the label "REBILLS YEARLY @ 99.99". No plan on the club page is shown against a crossed-out earlier price, so the club's saving is the gap between its plans and the multisite structure rather than a marked-down sale.

What the club membership opens, in the tour page's own words: 13 full-size sites included in the single price, new updates six times a week, full HD and 4K streaming, zip files for every photoset, and compatibility with all devices. The tour describes each included site in turn, from regional sites such as UK TGirls and Euro TGirls to niche ones such as TGirl BBW and TGirl 40, plus further sites the tour page lists. The tour calls itself the largest trans porn network in the world, which is the brand's claim.

The VIP package for 12 months

The second standing offer is Grooby VIP. As the VIP page states it, the package gives unlimited access to every Grooby website for 12 months, access to any new Grooby website launched within the membership term, one VIP ticket to the TEA Show (transferable on request but not resellable), a dedicated account manager, and the ability to suggest new shoots, models or re-shoots. "No rebilling" is one of the listed features.

In October 2026 the VIP page lists the package at $1500. The page explains the price as a direct sale with money guaranteed upfront, which it says lets Grooby "reduce the price by over 65%" against buying the sites separately; that is the brand's own claim, set against its own estimate of what buying every site month by month would cost. The page also lists the sites the pass opens, from Trans VR and Transgasm to TGirl Japan Hardcore, and says new sites are added to the VIP login automatically. The page says it is the test and version 1.0 of the package and that it may not always be offered, but a buyer keeps that price year on year whatever happens to site prices, and can wait up to 6 months between annual memberships and keep the same cost.

VIP is the plan for someone who already holds, or plans to hold, several Grooby memberships. A reader who only wants one site has no use for it.

Tickets, single sites and pay-per-scene

Grooby also sells ticket plans. The FAQ mentions multiple-purchase discounts when joining a site and points to "Discount Ticket deals which allow you to pick and choose your websites at a discounted rate", and a news item on the site describes the ticket plans as a way of bringing down the monthly rate of a membership by buying virtual tickets for its sites. No Grooby page prints a current ticket price, so the size of that discount is not given.

For people who do not want a subscription at all, the site menu lists a Grooby VOD store and a Grooby On Demand store beside the memberships, with no price list on the pages.

After the first charge: renewal and price changes

The FAQ answers the renewal question directly. Members who paid by credit card or PayPal are charged every month unless they cancel. The monthly price is held: the FAQ says the monthly membership stays the same while the member remains one, and that a canceled member who returns after a price rise rejoins at the higher price. It adds that some members have been rebilled over 100 times at the old price.

The terms add three points. A member who does not renew but keeps accessing the site is billed on an a-la-carte basis at prevailing rates. Rebilling charges the same amount and period as the existing subscription. If a recurring payment fails, the terms (as read in October 2026) allow an administrative fee of up to $4.00 to be applied to keep the subscription active until the full fee can be processed. The terms also say the membership is a single-user license that cannot be shared or transferred.

The club join page shows no pre-selected add-on; its only extra is a newsletter sign-up that the page says brings discounts and offers.

Billing and payment methods

The club join page says it accepts credit cards, Bitcoin and PayPal, and a line below it adds checks. The VIP page says payment can be made by bank transfer, check, money order, bit coin or PayPal, arranged through customer service by email. The join page footer states that Grooby, Vendo and Epoch are authorized resellers and names Segpay as the authorized payment processor. The refund page lists Grooby, Vendo, Epoch and Segpay support areas as the places to go for billing problems and tells members to check the subscription receipt for the company that billed them.

Which name shows on a card statement is left to the receipt, since no Grooby page prints a descriptor. Bitcoin and other virtual currency payments are irreversible under the terms, any refund of them is at the publisher's discretion and may come back as currency or its cash value, and extra administrative fees may apply to them. A billing error has to be reported within 30 days of first appearing on a statement, after which the terms treat the charge as accepted. An a-la-carte or membership bill left unpaid for 30 days after its invoice carries interest under the terms.

Canceling and refunds

The cancellation path is documented in three places. The terms offer three routes: a cancellation button on the Customer Service link at the bottom of each page, the pop-up helper, or written notice from the email address tied to the account (third-party email addresses are not accepted). Recurring memberships end at the next regular billing cycle after notice. The FAQ points to Grooby Support and to the Vendo, CCBill and Epoch support pages, depending on the billing company, and says to check that the account shows as inactive afterward.

The FAQ says a member can cancel at any time and the password does not expire until the month is up, and the refund page adds that a member worried about forgetting can cancel rebills on the day of joining and keep access for the period already paid. The refund page says exactly when refunds apply: if the site misled the member about what the members area contains, if the site is down for a significant part of the subscription (extended for double the downtime, or refunded), or if the same membership was billed twice. It lists reasons that do not qualify, including a forgotten cancellation, a change of mind and a site that was not what the buyer expected. The FAQ says a refund for disliking the site is refused, while a refund for an incorrect charge or another billing issue is offered.

Who the money suits

Grooby Club suits a viewer who wants variety across many trans-focused sites under one login and does not need a trial period, since the free tour is the preview the brand offers. The yearly plan fits someone who will stay the year and accepts a yearly rebill. The one-time one-month plan fits someone who wants no rebill at all and accepts a higher price for that single month than the monthly plan. VIP fits a heavy user of the whole catalog who is comfortable paying the lump sum up front. The caveats: there is no trial, the refund rule is narrow, and the VIP page itself says the package may not always be offered.
