What Mamacitaz is and what the offer is

Mamacitaz is a paid Latina video network; its home page title promises "Exclusive Full-Length Latina Porn Videos". Its terms set out a binding agreement with Midus Holdings Inc for the United States and TECHTAYN AG for the rest of the world, and both companies are named as authorized to charge a member's chosen payment method. The FAQ says a membership includes streaming and downloads from 5 channels, "well over 400 scenes" in the brand's own words, with several monthly releases, and that Mamacitaz is one of 5 networks run together: LetsDoeIt, AmateurEuro, VipSexVault and TransBella are the others, and members can open them from the members area. The About page makes a bigger claim, "over 50 original channels", so the two pages give different numbers. The FAQ adds that the extra networks can be selected and opened one by one, and the pages name no price for that.

The money angle is a paid trial plus a choice between renewing plans and one-time passes. The sign-up page opens with a 2 day trial for a token payment in euros, then a monthly plan, a yearly plan and two passes that never rebill. The trial is streaming only and rebills at a higher monthly price than the plain monthly plan.

The plan ladder and the offer in detail

The sign-up page is a three-step form (create the account, choose the payment method, choose the plan), and the plan step splits into Recurring and One-Time tabs.

In October 2026 the Recurring tab lists three choices. The 2 day Trial is billed at €1.00. The 1 month plan is billed at €29.95 a month and, by the page's wording, includes unlimited streaming and 25 monthly downloads. The 12 months plan is billed at €119.95, which the page itself shows as €9.99 a month, with the same streaming and download allowance.

The One-Time tab, read in October 2026, lists two passes, both labeled Streaming Only and both charged in one non-recurring payment: a 6 months pass at €99.95 and a 1 month pass at €39.95. The one-month pass costs more than the recurring one-month plan and carries no downloads, so its only gain is that nothing renews.

The trial has no end date on the page; it is part of the standing plan list rather than a dated promotion. The sign-up page adds the line "CANCEL ANYTIME, there is NO OBLIGATION", says age verification may be required after the purchase, and notes that members receive special email offers from Mamacitaz.

The FAQ is specific about what the trial withholds. A trial account opens only 12 videos, and downloading is switched off for it. The FAQ calls the trial a sample that can be upgraded to a full membership at any time, and says trial accounts have limited capabilities that do not reflect everything a full membership includes.

After the offer: conversion and renewal

The plan step prints the conversion under each choice. In October 2026 the trial line reads that memberships have full access and rebill at €39.95 monthly until canceled, streaming only. So the trial turns into a monthly charge above the plain monthly plan, without the downloads that plan carries. The page does not say on which day after the 2 days the first rebill is taken.

The 1 month plan renews monthly at its own price and the 12 months plan renews yearly at its own price, each until canceled, by the wording of the same page. The two one-time passes are described as non-recurring.

The terms add a general renewal rule. Paid subscriptions renew automatically on the day they expire, for a period equal to the first one or a shorter period if specified, and at the price of the same or comparable services then in effect, at the companies' discretion. The terms also say some promotions have renewal periods of a different length from the original term, and that the renewal period is communicated when a subscription is confirmed. A member accepts responsibility for all recurring charges before cancellation, and the terms allow periodic charges without further authorization until the member gives prior notice.

As of October 2026 the terms name a convenience fee: if a recurring payment fails, an administrative fee of up to $2.00 may be applied to keep the subscription active until the full fee goes through. They also warn that a bank or card issuer may add a foreign transaction fee because processors outside the United States may be used, and that VAT, sales tax or other excise tax may be included in or added to a purchase. The sign-up page says VAT rates apply according to the country of purchase.

No add-on is pre-selected on the sign-up page. A pop-up on the site offers paid members the option to open a scene "at an Additional Fee", and no page gives a price for it. The terms also authorize the two companies to charge for additional purchases of material on the site.

Billing

The FAQ names ALL 4 HEALTH as the line a charge shows on a statement. The footer of every page points members to the authorized payment processors for billing support: Vendo, Epoch, SegpayEU.com, 2000Charge, Centrobill, WTS and PayGarden. A BillerOne support page linked from the site says its phone team handles only charges that appear as BillerOne, while charges that appear as TechTayn or Midus go to the processing partners listed on its Cancel Membership page, where entering account details tells a member whom to contact. The pages do not explain how ALL 4 HEALTH relates to those names. On methods, the FAQ says the processors are licensed by VISA, MasterCard, PayPal and other major local payment options, that the join form offers several methods and that availability changes by location. The BillerOne page lists credit and debit cards, gift cards and bank transfers among the methods it accepts.

Getting out and refunds

The FAQ says a member can cancel at any time by contacting the authorized payment processor or by emailing the support team, that the cancellation is processed within seconds, and that the membership stays active until the end of the paid activation period. The terms put it more formally: the subscriber may cancel through the processor that concluded the sale or by email to support, and stays liable for charges incurred until the termination date.

Canceling ends access to full videos and site features, the FAQ says, while the members area stays reachable, comments stay up and the account can be renewed later.

Refunds are requested through customer support. The terms say refunds or credits will not be issued for partially used memberships, that the companies may still grant a refund or credit at their discretion, and that an approved refund goes only to the original payment method, never by cash or check. The termination clause repeats that no refund or credit is given for prepaid amounts or unused days of a subscription term.

What the money buys and who it suits

A full membership streams full-length videos in HD MP4, per the FAQ, and each movie comes with its own photo set. Downloads are capped at 25 a month on a rolling period that runs separately for each network, with up to 4 a day; a download slot comes back 30 days after it was used. The FAQ puts releases at between 1 and 4 movies a month, while the About page speaks of daily updates. Members also get access to discounts on partner sites, by the FAQ's description.

The trial suits someone who wants to sample 12 videos without downloads and will cancel before the trial rebills. The 12 months plan suits a viewer who will stay a year, since the page prints its per-month figure below the monthly plan and it keeps the download allowance. The one-time passes suit someone who wants no renewal and accepts streaming only. The caveats are a statement name that differs between pages and a refund rule that excludes partial use.
