What ASGmax is and what the offer is

ASGmax is a gay porn network that sells one membership for dozens of studio channels. Its terms are an agreement with DigiGamma B.V. / Gamma Billing Inc., and the footer places the owner, Digigamma B.V., in Haarlem, Netherlands. The home page presents the product as access to 45+ sites and series "for the same price as a single site", and the join page lists a short paid trial, two 30 day plans at different prices and a 365 day plan.

The offer worth knowing is the trial: a few days of limited streaming for a small charge, which then converts into a monthly plan. The yearly plan is the other saving, a single prepaid charge that the page also expresses as a monthly figure below either 30 day plan. A promo code field sits on the join page, but no ASGmax page prints a code, and no price carries an end date.

The plan ladder

The join page runs four boxes. The first is a 3 day trial with limited access, limited streaming and no downloads. The next two are 30 day plans labeled streaming plus downloads, and they carry different prices on the same page. The last is a 365 day plan with the same label, billed once for the whole year.

In October 2026 the join page lists the 3 day trial at $2.95 and the two 30 day plans at $24.95 and $34.95 a month. The 365 day plan is shown with a lower monthly figure still, and its box states the real charge as one payment of $131.40, recurring every 12 months.

Nothing on the join page explains why two 30 day plans with identical wording sit side by side at different prices; both are labeled as recurring monthly.

What the trial turns into

The trial box states its own conversion: once the 3 days are billed, the membership recurs at the higher of the two 30 day prices, every 30 days. It does not roll into the cheaper 30 day plan.

The general terms describe the same mechanism. A trial's length is set during joining and repeated on the receipt emailed to the member. Monthly billing starts when the trial ends, and the membership then renews each month on its own unless it is canceled before the trial runs out. At registration the company may put a hold of up to one month of service on the payment method, and the terms note that some card issuers cut the available balance or credit limit by that hold while the trial lasts.

Beyond the trial, each paid plan renews by itself for another prepaid period of the same length, at the rate in force when the member first signed up, until it is canceled. The rebill follows the fee and frequency on the emailed receipt. Fees may change with laws and taxes, and a member who has not canceled within 30 days of a change is treated as accepting it. A later price cut or promotion brings no price protection and no refund.

On a declined card, the terms read in October 2026 allow the company to try again within 7 days of the first attempt, and a failed recurring payment can carry an administrative fee of up to $2 while the membership is kept open.

The join page shows no pre-selected add-ons or cross-sales. The terms allow for single scenes sold pay-per-clip and for extra sites sold pay-per-site, each a one-time charge with lifetime access to what was bought and no rebill; they give no price for either.

Billing and payment methods

Segpay is the processor named in the footer, as the place for billing inquiries and for canceling, and the same footer refers to Epoch authorized sales agents. The terms list credit card, debit card, money order, online check and gift cards through the PayGarden service as payment methods, with the methods offered shown before checkout. A membership paid with a PayGarden gift card is not rebilled and is not refunded, according to the terms.

Taxes, bank fees and exchange-rate movements on the fees are the member's to carry under the terms. The join page prices are in dollars. No ASGmax page names the descriptor a card statement shows. For California residents the terms print a separate notice naming Gamma Billing Inc. of Santa Clarita, California, with a toll-free number, and they send billing disputes to digigammasupport.com. A charge thought to be wrong has to be raised in writing there within 30 days of the statement that first showed it; after that the terms treat the dispute as waived.

Getting out and refunds

To cancel, a member notifies Client Relations, through the form on buddy-support.com that the terms link or by contacting the department directly, giving full name, email address and, where it applies, the last four digits of the payment method. Two timing rules follow. Canceling 48 hours before a term renews avoids the next term's fee, and fees keep accruing until 48 hours after Client Relations has received and acknowledged the notice. Getting the notice through is the member's responsibility.

The refund rule appears twice, in the terms and on a separate refund policy page, and the two agree. Once the login details have been used, fees are not refunded. Not using the membership, or being unable to reach the site through no fault of the company, is no ground for a refund, and partial-month periods earn no refund or credit. Any refund that is issued goes back to the card or method used for the purchase, never as cash or a paper check, within 10 days of contact with Client Relations. Downloads are capped at 300 GB per day; an account banned for going over the cap gets a pro-rated refund for the time left in its term.

What the money buys and who it suits

The home page claims 12,500+ videos in one place and, in another block, 13,000+ videos, along with 45+ sites and series, multiple weekly updates and unlimited 4K streaming and downloads; these are the brand's own figures, and they differ from each other. Named studio channels include Next Door Studios, Disruptive Films, Active Duty and Pride Studios, beside the network's own ASGmax Originals and an animation series. A channel called ASGmax VR appears in the latest-releases strip, with no separate VR plan or price. The join page's benefits list adds 24/7 customer service and technical support.

The trial suits a reader who wants a few days of limited streaming to judge the network before a monthly charge, and who will cancel inside the 48 hour window. The 30 day plans suit someone who wants downloads without a long commitment, while the 365 day plan fits a reader who will stay the year and accepts that fees stop being refundable once the login is used. The caveats: the trial has no downloads and converts at the higher monthly price.
