What SwallowBay is and what the saving looks like

SwallowBay is a membership site for VR porn from one studio. The terms name Make Me LLC, a Las Vegas limited liability company, as the company behind it, and the 2257 page gives the same company as custodian of records at a Las Vegas, Nevada address. The home page describes original 180° POV scenes in 4K, 6K and 8K, made for Meta Quest, PSVR and other headsets, which members can stream or download. The saving on offer is the lifetime plan: one payment instead of a renewal date. The sign-up page sells it beside a 1 Month plan and a 3 Month plan. It lists no free trial, no promo code field and no marked-down first period, so there is no step where a cheap opener turns into a larger rebill. The one real choice is whether to pay once or keep paying.

The plan ladder

Three plans share one sign-up page, and each card carries the same feature list: regular updates, unlimited downloads, 24/7 support, true UHD video, 256-bit encrypted checkout and discreet billing. In October 2026 the page lists the 1 Month plan at $19.99, the 3 Month plan at $49.99 and the Lifetime plan at $299, the last as a single price with no period attached. The page prints no former price, no percentage off and no end date for any of them; the lifetime card is a standing plan rather than a timed promotion.

Because the cards are identical apart from length, the choice is purely one of term. A reader who expects to stay a long time weighs the lifetime price against the cost of renewing; one who wants a single month of access pays the 1 Month price in full, with no smaller first charge on offer. At checkout the page offers two payment choices, Credit Card and PayPal, and an opt-in box for occasional email updates from the site. Submitting the form certifies that the member is 18 or older and agrees to the Terms of Service. Nothing else on the form adds a product or a paid extra to the order.

What happens after the first payment

The terms say a membership continues month to month, or for whatever longer term the member selected, and renews for additional prepaid periods of the same length unless it is canceled. The member must cancel before the membership renews each term to avoid the next term's fee. Renewals are charged at the rates in effect when the member first signed up, and a price change does not touch a current membership, renewals included, unless the company gives 30 days of advance notice by email. The billing clause says the fee is billed at the start of the paying part of the membership and each month afterward until the member cancels, and that membership fees are fully earned on payment. The terms also say the company may offer promotional plans with differing conditions, disclosed at signup.

The terms carry general trial wording too: a membership may start with a trial lasting the period specified at signup, monthly billing starts when it ends, and the company may authorize the payment method for up to about one month of service as soon as the member registers, which can reduce a card's available balance during the trial. The sign-up page shows no trial plan, so that wording describes nothing a reader can buy there today.

The lifetime card states a price and the same feature list as the term plans, and nothing more. Neither the card nor the membership and billing sections of the terms define what "lifetime" covers, how long it lasts, or what happens if the service changes hands or closes.

Billing, processor and statement name

The sign-up page names Segpay as its authorized sales agent for billing inquiries and gives the statement name SEGPAY.COM*Make Me Vegas. The same page carries a second note on statement privacy, saying no adult terminology appears on the bank statement and that the member will see "Virtual Reality Slovenia" or "Date Tech Media Slo" only. Every page footer carries billing-support links for both Segpay and Epoch, and the closing cancellation paragraph of the terms points to CCBill's support site. The pages do not say which of the three handles a given purchase or which of the statement names applies to which.

Accepted payment methods on the sign-up page are credit card and PayPal. The terms add that the fee is charged together with any taxes or possible transaction fees. The plan cards show prices with a dollar sign and no other currency.

Getting out and what the terms say about refunds

The terms state that a member may cancel at any time and keeps access to the site through the end of the billing period. Cancellation runs either through the processor the member paid with or through the company, which the terms say will help. A closing passage gives a simpler route: write to the support address with the purchase email and the name of the site. The termination clause adds that the member alone is responsible for making sure recurring billing has actually stopped, again through the processor.

On billing mistakes, the terms ask a member who believes a charge is wrong to say so in writing, with a description of the amount, no later than 30 days after receiving the statement where it first appeared; after that the terms treat the charge as accepted. The company says it will correct a mistaken bill and credit it against future payments. The terms set no refund window and no money-back period; the only stated rule is that fees are fully earned on payment, and that covers the lifetime payment as well as the term plans. Disputes not settled by mediation go to arbitration in Las Vegas under the terms.

What the money buys, and who the offer suits

The membership opens one studio's catalog of VR scenes, with the home page promising new VR scenes every month and showing a countdown to the next update, plus photo sets, GIF sections and a help page for setting up a device. The home page says scenes are optimized for mobile and tablet viewing as well as headsets, and that downloads are unlimited. The studio's own pages describe all of it as original 180° POV work and make no claim to carry other studios' scenes or a wider network.

The lifetime plan fits a viewer who already knows this studio's style, intends to keep using it for a long stretch, and prefers a single payment to a renewal date. The 3 Month plan fits a viewer who wants less commitment than lifetime but no monthly renewal, and the 1 Month plan fits someone who only wants to look around once. A reader who dislikes renewals should take the lifetime plan or cancel a term plan soon after paying, since renewal continues until the member acts.

The limits are plain. There is no free trial and no discount, so the first charge is always a full plan price. It is one studio, not a network, so the lifetime plan buys depth in one catalog rather than breadth. And the billing pages name three processors and give more than one statement name without saying which applies.
