What VRHush is and what the saving looks like

VRHush sells access to one studio's own VR scenes. The footer of its join and help pages names KB Productions LLC of Scottsdale, Arizona as the company behind it. The home page describes original 8K content with a new VR scene every week, full 3D and 360 videos, and streaming straight to a phone, and the members page lists 180° and 360° 8K formats, unlimited streaming and fast downloads. Every plan on the join page carries the same wording, "Unlimited Downloads And Streaming", so the choice between plans is about length and price, not features.

The money picture is a ladder with four rungs: a monthly plan, a 3 month plan, a 1 year plan and a lifetime plan. The join page shows no paid trial and no free trial. The saving comes from committing longer, with the lifetime plan as the one offer that steps off recurring billing altogether, and the plans do not all renew the same way.

The plan ladder in detail

The join page is a single screen headed "SECURE AND DISCREET PAYMENT GATEWAY": create an account, choose a payment method, pick a plan, then proceed to checkout. Read in October 2026, it lists the plans in this order:

  • 1 Year, "One payment of $99.45 until cancelled", shown with a per-month figure beside it.
  • 3 Months, "Rebills at $49.95 / 90 Days until cancelled", also shown with a per-month figure.
  • 1 Month, "$19.95 per month" with "Rebills at $19.95 Monthly until cancelled".
  • Lifetime Membership, "$299" with "Life of the site until cancelled".

The per-month figures on the two longer plans are the page's own, and each makes sense only beside the amount actually billed. The 1 Year plan is one payment up front, so its monthly figure describes a larger single charge. The 3 Month plan is billed every 90 days. Only the 1 Month plan is charged at the rate it shows.

No regular or crossed-out price sits beside any plan, so there is no discount percentage here; the plans are priced as they are, with no end date or deadline attached.

After joining: renewal and add-ons

Every plan, the lifetime one included, ends its line with "until cancelled". For the monthly and 3 month plans that is a plain renewal statement: the 1 Month plan rebills each month and the 3 Months plan every 90 days, at the amounts above, until the member cancels. For the 1 Year plan and the lifetime plan the same words leave a question the page does not answer: whether a second annual payment follows the first year, and whether "Life of the site" is truly a single charge. The checkout confirmation is where that shows.

The join page lists no pre-selected add-on, no cross-sale and no bonus site, and with no trial there is no conversion price to plan around. Payment can be made by Credit Card, Cryptocurrency, PayPal or Join by Gift Card.

Free access is limited to trailers. Under the question of how to try VRHush videos for free, the help page says anyone with a VR device can download the trailers from the site, and someone without a headset can download them to a phone and play them in a free VR player app. Full scenes need a membership.

Billing

Two sets of processor names appear. The join page and the help page footer say "Epoch and Segpay our authorized payment processors", and the members login page calls the same two the site's authorized sales agent. The help page's billing answers go further: asked what name will appear on a credit card statement, it replies "One of the following discrete descriptors will appear on your bill: SegPay, Epoch, Westbill". So the descriptor depends on the processor that handled the purchase, and Westbill appears only in those answers, not in the footer or on the join page.

The members page lists "Discreet Billing", "256-Bit Encryption" and "24/7 Customer Support" among the membership benefits, and carries a contact-support link for members having issues. Prices are shown in dollars, with no taxes or fees mentioned.

Getting out

The cancellation answer sits in the billing section of the help page. Members cancel directly through the processor they used to join, and the page lists SegPay, Epoch and Westbill. For Westbill, it says to go to the Westbill website and follow the basic steps there. A second answer covers trouble canceling: the member goes to a customer care site, follows its steps and submits a ticket.

Notice periods, access after canceling and refunds are where the help page stops: none of the three has an answer on the join or help pages. A member's practical step is to note which of the three processors billed the first charge, since that is where the cancellation is made.

What the money buys, and who the offer suits

The membership benefits list names a new VR scene every week, 180° and 360° 8K formats, unlimited VR streaming, unlimited fast downloads, compatibility with modern VR headsets and videos with top models. The home page names Oculus Rift, HTC Vive, Gear VR, smartphones and PSVR as supported devices, and its latest-scenes strip shows each scene as 8K 180°.

The help page walks through each device. Phone streaming runs in the VRHush Streaming Player in the browser, which asks the first time for the phone and headset (Google Cardboard 2.0 if the headset is not listed) and lets the member pick a streaming quality. On Android and iPhone, downloads go through the FREEVRPLAYER app by pasting a scene's stream link into it. Gear VR uses the SamsungVR app, PlayStation VR uses the Littlstar app with the file copied to a USB drive in a folder called "Littlstar", Oculus and HTC Vive play downloaded files in any player that supports "Over/Under", and Google Daydream uses the Skybox VR Player. The help page states that all content is Over/Under and 360. The membership covers this one site; the join page offers no network pass.

The longer plans suit a viewer who has already decided to stay for months. The 1 Year plan carries the largest single charge, and what follows it at the end of the year is unstated. The monthly plan suits someone who wants to keep the option of leaving, canceling through the processor when done. The lifetime plan suits someone who wants to pay once and stop thinking about billing, read against its "until cancelled" wording. The main caveats are the missing refund rule, the missing cancellation timing and the three processor names, so a member needs to know which one billed the purchase.
